Poor quality product
We bought the 5in1 set as a Christmas gift for our toddler. Shopping experience was good, delivery was quick but the product itself is not great. It looks quite cheap and it is not properly sanded so we worry the little one will hurts his hands on it. Also there are no written instructions, only a video and it wasn't easy to put together, took us a few attempts. I was expecting more for the price and wouldn't buy again if I had the choice.

Updates: Company representative reached out after submitting unsatisfactory review of my experience. This shows that they have taken initiative to work on the issue. I am changing it from 1 star to 3 stars because of this. A comment about a product - its good quality product which meets our expectations.
Original review - Advertised delivery times were not met, with an order arriving almost a month late. Delay information was only provided after repeated contact, and a shipping notification was issued while tracking showed the item still at origin.
A partial refund was discussed due to the delay, but no further response was received despite multiple follow-ups. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to inaccurate delivery information and poor post-sale communication.

Montessori 5in1
I bought the "Montessori 5in1" set and we are very satisfied with the quality of the product. Our child loves it so far and climbs and slides many times every day. It is a very durable product and it allows many combinations so we hope we can enjoy it for some years. It's a large set, so check your available space!
PROS: very durable, good quality, good measures for 2 to 5yo children.
CONS: It's a bit hard to put together. The provided allen key is very small and dull and won't do it's job. You need a good allen key an electric screwdriver or you will hurt your hands. Also, some pieces are a bit rough and need a light sanding. They don´t provide printed assembly intructions but a QR code that links to a website.

Terrible company to deal with
Terrible company to deal with, purchase still not arrived and am constantly fobbed off with excuses. Only received an SMS to confirm my purchase, no email confirmation or tracking. They claim they are unable to trace parcels as they are not delivered by them!!! and sent me a DHL screenshot from another buyer claiming it to be my purchase (wrong part of the country, I live in the South!!). They also claim to be a small company who have been overwhelmed with orders yet have offices in four different countries and hold competitions to win trips to Disneyland!

Ordered 30 November. No response to emails or calls for two weeks. Eventually got through and was told it would arrive before Christmas — it didn’t.
Item arrived 29 December with damaged packaging and missing fixings. No response from customer service, so I had to source the fixings myself.
On top of that, the quality isn’t great — not what you’d expect for the price. Overall experience was frustrating from start to finish. Poor communication, missed promises, and sub-par quality. Would not recommend.

Initially nervous but very pleased!!!
I was nervous about ordering with this company because of the reviews but I couldn't find a similar climbing frame which included all the parts, and the cushion, for the price. I placed an order so delivery would be before Christmas, when I saw my parcel had been attempted to deliver at the RM office in London and then not updated for a few days I panicked. I panicked further when I saw social media comments all demanding a response and update on deliveries, oh no! I sent an email and waited for an update. Amazingly the parcel arrived the next day, Goodevas did respond to my email, and I am absolutely thrilled with the climbing frame. The quality is beautiful and my 9 month old loves her new piece of equipment. Better yet, it was actually delivered very quickly (despite the lack of courier updates) and in time for Christmas.

Avoid company - Christmas ruined
Item ordered on the 30th of Novemeber intended as a christmas present for our children. No updates recieved. After 3 weeks I contacted the customer service to be told there was an issue in the warehouse that miraculously was solved the moment I called. Shipped the next day - but still in Germany as of today. One week before Christmas I emailed explaining the missing item and explained the imporance it arrived before christmas. The response was entire devoid of an apology. Present for the children not recieved for Christmas we are beyond disappointed. No compensation offered. Avoid this company.
