Caveat Emptor

Caveat Emptor! Let the buyer beware! Everything is highly overpriced. Please, I beg of you do not waste your money on this garbage! I just wish I had read the warnings from other consumers before being duped by this place. I admit it, I was the patsy, and I was duped. They got me. Those inserts do nothing! That foot massager is $200 cheaper elsewhere! Please, if you read this, don't do it! Don't buy into this racket! Don't let them get your money like they got mine! Be smart, don't be the mark!

Buyer Beware of Good Feet Store

I accept full responsibility for being so stupid and impulsive at the Good Feet Store. We were a couple days away from a European vacation with tons of walking. I was having shoe and arch problems and stopped in. I left with four sets of plastic, off the shelf arch supports and accessory items. My bill $2,200. Well they didn't work at all and I was very limited on our vacation. When we came back I went to a podiatrist who was immediately shocked at what I brought in to show him. After getting custom orthotic insoles I'm doing great. Just $2,200 lighter. Don't go here and fall for this come on.

Good Feet Store Scam

We went there for heel lift only. Checking out the counter was cluttered. We wanted a heel lift only. They cover the amount of the ticket while you are crowded by sales people and they have their finger on the ticket saying to "sign here" and "initial here". The counter is cluttered with bags and papers. The manager of both the Shreveport LA store and the store in Tyler, TX…John Schwartz, was not there. He is at the Shreveport store on Mondays, and we went on a Monday. My wife never saw the thief. Just employees who were suddenly all around the cash register. They take advantage of elderly people. My husband signed the receipt as they crowded him and said to initial the receipt. We called the next day and talked to the store manager, and she said that she had to talk John Schwartz, the area manager and said we wanted to return everything. She said he would call. He did not call back. I went back the following day, and John Schwartz was there and returned all the items except the only thing we wanted…the heel lift (it fell apart after two days). The store manager told our credit card company that we had not returned anything. The total ticket was nearly $2,200.00. So many people have been scammed and too ashamed to admit it. A little piece of plastic, not custom made, is not worth $450.00 and we never said we wanted any of that stuff. They threw four of those cheap plastic arch supports in the bottom of the bag and each one is $450. Why would a customer want four in the first place? My wife was not the customer. They are one size fits all. It is cheap plastic merchandise. On a shelf. Not custom fitted We cannot understand how they are allowed to continue scamming so many people. And why the credit card company (Bank Of American) believed him over us. I can only assume people who work there are ex convicts who cannot get another job and will lie for him. Like the owner said he was there the day of the purchase. And he was not. He told our credit card company he was in a "booth" with us. There is no booth. He said he met my wife. When I returned the merchandise she was not with me. And he was not at the store the day we got conned. We have contacted the Attorney General, The Federal Trade Commission, the BBB, Facebook, etc and no one has done one thing….while people keep getting scammed. We worked too hard all our lives to be scammed by Good Feet Store & John Schwartz and their unscrupulous business practices. We can provide a copy of the letter John Schwartz sent to Bank of American saying how he explained prices, etc. They are in on it too. I am 76 and my wife is 74. I turned wrenches all day on my job….and my wife walked a mail route. We have no foot problems. I just have one leg a little longer than the other. Why I only went for a heel lift. John Schwartz needs to be jailed for deceptive trade practices and conning people out of thousands of dollars.

It's been 2 years now I've suffered…

It's been 2 years now I've suffered from hip and foot pain caused from the use of the products. Tried to get help from them and all contact was cut off when I ask about working something out for a return. No one even contacted me regarding the complaint. $ 2400.00 they took from me and crooked credit card company Care Card Synchrony told me I would get a refund but closed the claim without any notice to me not once but twice, the second time they contacted me and offered to open the claim again. After second week of using the product I hurt so bad in my hips I wasn't able to leave home, encouraged to go back again when I got better and made it even worse. Every morning I watch the news and see the Good Feet commercials and am reminded what they have done to me and others is how they can afford such advertising programs. I tried contacting BBB but the case was closed with no response from so called Good Feet.

What an awesome experience!

Although I was initially cautious having heard mixed reviews of Goodfeet, Brian (and later DJ) at the Johnson Creek store in Portland were both incredibly welcoming and, as it turned out, very knowledgeable as well. Throughout my experience Brian was friendly and genuinely concerned about the well-being of my feet. When I showed up two days later to complete my transaction (I was waiting on an HSA clearance), DJ jumped in where Brian had left off. Both guys were incredibly friendly, helpful and had a great sense of humor. I now look forward to continuing visiting this store.

Whoa

The sales person encouraged me to try the inserts in the store. She showed me how they helped my balance. APPEARS TO BE AN EXCELLENT PACKAGE.
Then she stated that they had a $38 per month payment plan. I asked her how much the package cost.
She said $1800!!!! Whoa
She would not sell me individual inserts.

Both my husband and mom bought inserts…

Both my husband and mom bought inserts at The Good Feet Store. I waited a few months to write this review.

Here’s the thing: this place is run like a time share company. The employees are most certainly working on commission and have been very well-trained to deliver their tightly-controlled pitch. From the moment you make an appointment or walk in, you are part of a carefully choreographed campaign to part you from $2000. That’s right: there are three packages and the cheapest is $2000.

So the positive reviews you read online? These are from people who need to convince themselves that their $2000 investment was worth it. And I don’t blame them. When you are seeking pain relief, when you are looking to make the most basic of functions, walking, easier on yourself, you will do and pay a lot. The Good Feet Store has positioned itself as having a magic bullet. They told my mom the inserts would “cure” arthritic pain and my husband that his damaged knee would no longer hurt. Months later, of course, none of those things happened. And there are no guarantees and no refunds.

Do the inserts help? Sure. Would custom inserts from a podiatrist work as well? Absolutely. And they would be a heck of a lot simpler. The Good Feet design involves multiple
Inserts that must be changed at certain times of day after a certain number of hours. There is absolutely nothing to justify this enormous expense.

I would give them no stars if it were possible…

I would give them no stars if it were an option. They claim this is designed by a doctor, however they don’t have a doctor in house that can evaluate your feet. The sales person also claimed people can go through their insurance to cover the purchase. This is FALSE! You need a doctor to prescribe them and the claim also requires a doctor's NPI number for insurance claims. Good Feet cannot give you that. I went to my doctor after purchasing inserts at Good Feet and was told to stop wearing them immediately. He also said the paper you stand on that shows your footprint does nothing. This is a scam. You need a doctor to evaluate what your foot issue is and prescribe accordingly. Stay away from Good Feet. It's a scam! They should change their name to Bad Feet Store.

Very Rudely treated

We purchased their arch support system on 25th June for my wife. As advised she tried using the product and ended up having extreme pain and it was realised that this product may not be correct choice for her. On 30th afternoon we went to the store again. We met the sales person and told him of the situation and requested to return the products. All in original packing. To cut short after a while sales person and store manager said they have no authority for accepting returns and the relevant manager is too busy to be contacted today and we may come back after 2 days. While this was happening cooperatively a young team
Member just told us to get out of the store and not come again and said there could be no discussion. We left and store manager phoned us to say since we paid by credit card we do not own the goods and credit card co us the owner of the goods and we should talk to them.

Wolf in sheep's clothing.

My feet feel very little improvement. I was desperate for my feet to feel better. There was very little improvement for $1500. And the insoles they sell junk, they only last for a month or two then have to pay $50 a pair for new ones. I put the original insoles from the shoes in and already got 4 months from them and are still in great shape. I feel I was taken advantage of because I'm i in pain. They need new insoles that aren't so cheap. If there's any way you are willing to make this transaction right contact me through email.

I have Sciatica issues

I have Sciatica issues; I'v been on the Good Feet product for 5 months from February to June and I never saw any relief. I went back twice a month in hopes that I might be doing something wrong and different inserts would help.Never felt relief and I had the drive all the way into San Antonio from my home with is an hour and thirty-five minutes out; that is gas and time when your not getting relief. All the while I was getting promised the program would help me. $2300 later I am out of the money and the company is still making empty promises to people with sciatica issues. I wish I never had stepped into that store!

Five Stars for Andrea at GoodFeet…

Five Stars for Andrea at GoodFeet Burlington, MA!

I had an outstanding experience at the GoodFeet store in Burlington, MA, entirely thanks to Andrea. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcome. I came in with a long list of foot issues and high expectations—and Andrea didn’t just meet them, she exceeded them in every way. Her solution oriented approach was refreshing and her expertise won my respect without hesitation.

The assessment Andrea performed was next level! She was incredibly thorough and shared so much knowledge about how to address my concerns. Andrea’s deep product knowledge and clear explanations helped me understand exactly what my feet needed and why. She took the time to educate me on how each product—from the orthotic inserts to the sneakers to the therapeutic foot massager—would work together to support and correct my specific issues. I asked a lot of questions, and she answered each one with confidence, care, and expertise. Misleading Information

Ignoring my initial reservations I purchased 2 pairs of the Good Feet inserts for $350 in hopes they would help my pain and imbalance from severe scoliosis. The salesperson on my cruise said she has scoliosis and told me repeatedly that the inserts "changed her life". I wasn't expecting a miracle but was mislead to believe they could be used in any shoes, including flip-flops with the use of the velcro circles included. Not true! In flip-flops and also nicer open toe sandals and wedges, the inserts are not held securely in place by the velcro and slip around, causing my feet to not sit correctly in the shoe and be very uncomfortable. They say to remove your shoe's insole, insert the insert, then top with the cushioned insole they provided. Firstly, most shoes do not have removable insoles, and secondly, the addition of their insole makes the shoes too tight to wear! I assume it would be the same with pumps. It is summertime and I'm not a sneaker person anyway, so I can't say how helpful they might be if you wear the same type tie-up shoes on a daily basis. I'm going to keep trying to make them work, but just be aware before buying that they do NOT work well in "any" shoe!

I was very skeptical, but…

I was very skeptical last November 2024 as a last resort before surgery for plantar fasciitis. I went into the store. I thought it was all pricey. Kind of pushy but they have a 60 day return policy if not satisfied I thought well why not so after like I think it was $2000 if not more and I bought the entire set of plantar fasciitis insoles and socks. They told me to give them the full 60 days. I did exactly what they said And lo and behold my feet improved not only that now after 7 months of wearing them just as they’ve told me to religiously doing everything, they told me to do my plantar fasciitis that I’ve suffered with for five years and nearly had to have surgery is now really nearly completely gone. I still continue with them and I hate to say it it’s high price but so is surgery which is not guaranteed to work and I would highly recommend them. But you just dedicate yourself to their program! Best money I ever spent!!!

Be careful about the Three Step Process and support insert prices!

I visited the Good Feet Store in Central Park, Fredericksburg, VA in hopes of finding shoes that would help me manage plantar fasciitis. The attendant was very nice and thoroughly walked me through how their support inserts would alleviate my PF.
What truly shocked me, however, was the price for each plastic support insert; over $400 each! I went ahead and bought the 3 step system and have faithfully followed the instructions for using each insert: Strengthener, Maintainer, and Relaxer for almost a month now. Unfortunately I have not seen any improvement. I sense a rip-off and would not recommend the store to anyone. I believe you will be better served by visiting a good foot doctor.
