Good feet store promises a life time of…
Good feet store promises a life time of free orthotics but once you buy something they will ignore you. I have repeatedly returned and asked for replacements and they don’t serve continuing customers. They are busy signing up new suckers and don’t help their ongoing clientele. Don’t fall for it!

The company is a scam. I should have known this when I signed a contract that said NO returns! If anyone wants to purchase, I will quickly sell my set of three for $1500 for $750.....only worn 2 weeks with worse pain than I came in with......

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
What went wrong was, the sales reps were so eager to make a sale, they never bothered to go over the pricing for the inserts/arch supports. I went into the store for the first time on April 10, 2025. I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis on my left foot. But, I work in Security, which requires me to do a lot of walking. So,I needed a pair of comfortable shoes. I believe my orthopedic doctor referred me to them. Anyway, upon entering the store, myself and my mom, were greeted by the store rep, Justin. I told him everything that was going on, and what I needed. He brought out a couple of pairs of shoes, and the shoe inserts. He gave myself and my mom a brief synopsis of how the inserts work. Then, he had me walk around the store to see if they were comfortable. At the time, they seemed okay. But, when everything was said and done, he ran my credit, and then showed me the price of everything. By then, it was too late. Nevertheless, It averaged out to be a little more than $2,000. I believe it was $2,209 to be exact. Knowing they were expensive, this is something that should have been communicated, when he brought the inserts out for me to try the first time. I didn't know they'd be that expensive. Had I known, I'd of said, never mind. Anyway, Justin suggested I wear the shoes and the inserts home. Then, I wore them to my orientation. (ONE TIME) After that,I didn't wear themanymore. To me, they weren't very comfortable, and they didn't do anything for the pain. So,I reached out to Justin, the store rep, and told him the inserts weren't very comfortable. He said, bring them back. And, we'll see if we can find you something that would be more comfortable. I said, Okay. I came back, May 31, 2025, and I informed Justin, that I didn't want the inserts. Or rather, I didn't need them. I told him, I'm fine with just the shoes. He tried to push a different pair of inserts on me, I said, No. I'm good. I don't need them. He then responded, well, I can't do anything without my manager. I said, Okay. That's fine. He made us another appointment to come back the next weekend. (Saturday, June 7, 2025 at 1pm) We get there at about a little after 2p. Anyway, in all this excitement, Justin knew that the inserts could not be returned. But, I didn't know. Yet, he never said a word. Finally, the store manager, Hannah, comes up to us, (With her nasty attitude already in tow) and asked, how can I help you? I informed her that, I didn't need the inserts. And, that I wanted to return them. She said, we don't do returns. I looked at her like, Wow. Nobody told us that.This rude b*tch, pulls the receipt out of the folder, talking about, it says it at the bottom of the receipt. As though she was trying to insinuate something. I was like, Oh sista girl, I can read. Is she serious? Who is going to read the bottom of the receipt for GP? Which by the way, was shown to us AFTER the fact. What difference did it make then? They'd already sold them to me. As I was trying to explain to her that I didn't need the inserts, my mom also added, that it was UNPROFESSIONAL for them to sell me something of that high price magnitude, without first going over the pricing. That's common sense 101. This chick comes out her mouth, talkin about, you could have said no. I know what I could have said lady. I don't need you to tell me that now.They both knew those inserts were expensive. That was an IMPORTANT detail that should have been brought to the customer's attention PRIOR to making the sale. At least give the customer the opportunity to make an informed decision based on the information provided. However, they didn't provide any usefulinformation until after the fact. Now, these people wanna play with me, and my money? Nah. This ain't that. I went on Google and read a few of the reviews. Some people had positive things to say about the store, while others say, they weren't worth the money. And the sales reps were so damn pushy. They didn't even care. It was all about the COMMISSION!!! When I told them I didn't want them, they realized that was their commission going out the door. They could have saved themselves and me time and energy, had they just been up front from the start.

I found out that I had a heel spur
I found out that I had a heel spur, it was so painful I could not walk without pain. The doctor said "rest, ice and ibuprofen. That was a bandaid, and I didn't want to do that the rest of my life, I'd heard about the good feet store and decided to give it a try. 3 weeks later and I'm mowing my yard again!! And, I have no pain!
I agree that it's overpriced, for sure, but it sure beats sitting around!! Plus having these inserts, my back pain has lessened! I sure am pleased!
Don't Waste Your Time! *RIPOFF ALERT
They use shady sales tactics that are as old as time. They won't talk about price unless asked and it turns out they START at $1200. They need to be upfront about what they do. Plus the product is NOT custom-made as you might be led to believe. They are the worst rip-off artists I've heard about in quite some time. Don't waste your time!
A rip off
The Good feet store is a rip off. They charged $1800 for 4 different sets of plastic inserts, which had to be changed at different times during the day. It was a pain in the backside. The sales person had no training, except how to sell junk. Spend the money if you want, but buyer beware. Pure junk.

i went to the store in montgomery al. they where very nice, very quick, and helpful. my problem isnt with the staff at all it is with the company themselves. i spent 2500.00 on these and i cant use them. they make my feet hurt worse then they did before. there is no return policy, which means u are stuck with product u cant use and dont want. the owner of this company knows they must get alot of returns to have this a policy. i make 12.00 a hour and for this company to just take my money that took me years to save is just awful. i was in desperate need of relief and they took advantage of my pain and need. please do your research before going into good feet
Royal Caribbean Cruise Ship shouldn't let Good Feet Sales personnel on board
I should have known better than to purchase Active by Good Feet insoles on Board the Cruise line. The Sales pitch and demonstration convinced me to pay a fortune for insoles which are not custom made for my feet. Save your money folk visit a professional podiatrist in your home town and order personally made insoles which I did 15 years previously. The comparison to the cheap plastic used in Active by Good Feet show their cheap rubbish which they charge a fortune for.

He was very polite and helpful and did make a lot of sense and even promised to follow up as I was unable to agree to purchase

When I entered the store I was greeted as royalty and felt very welcome. Then Scott expained the product and it's history. We then went to the pocess of trying the phases of what I need. The time we spent doing this he explained ever phaset of the product. I felt very comfortable when I left the store. He also gave me a shedule for at home. Scot is A-one at what he does
Dishonest and ineffective
Do not trust this company. I asked if I could pay using a monthly plan, and they said of course. They the. Signed me up for a CREDIT CARD without telling me, with a 30% interest rate! It was absolutely never mentioned that this would happen. My credit rating instantly dipped as a result.
In addition, the price of the orthotics was too high and they were not only ineffective, they actually wound up hurting my hips and feet after a few short months. Do NOT buy anything from this dishonest company.

I paid $ 1,700.00 for your three inserts, three pair of compression socks and pads. I went back three times, and they did change them out. they promise me my feet would feel better each time. My feet hurt so bad the last time I had to go to the Podiatry specialist and get a steroid shot in my left foot to relieve my pain. The Podiatry made me custom inserts that my insurance paid. So, I'm not happy I will everyone know how I got my pain to go away

I've been having feet issues so my husband convinced me to go to Good Feet since he kept seeing their commercials. We didn't research ahead of time and were sucked into the sales pitch. Shocked that a three set system of insoles came to $1700! Bought it anyway and the buyer's remorse set in quickly. I will give the store some credit for being responsive to my concerns. But one re-fitting and 2 weeks later, it was clear I made a big mistake. My feet would burn all over after wearing them for a few hours and I was developing other issues in my feet. After reading how difficult it is to get a refund, I booked an appointment with my doctor and asked for a letter stating she recommends against me using the inserts and requests that the store refund me. Immediately took the letter to Good Feet and they processed the return. The worker said that she was grateful I knew what I was doing and asked to send the letter on to corporate since they don't normally approve refunds. All in all, it wasn't the worst experience for me. And the workers there were always professional and friendly. I just think the high pressure sales, exorbitant prices (doctor says the inserts aren't custom and shouldn't cost $550 each), and a no-refund policy not clearly stated shows they have shady business practices. My aunt and uncle wax poetic about their inserts from Good Feet (heard this after the return) so I can't say it doesn't work for other people. Maybe buying one set of maintainers could work well for someone but the three step system is unnecessary according to most podiatrists (from what I've read).

Nothing like high pressure sales! I went to good feet to see what they had to offer as far as inserts went. I have worn orthotics for 30+ years so I'm pretty familiar with what my need is. They couldn't provide what I needed so I said thanks but no thanks. The dude actually started yelling at me and telling me if I don't buy and try them how would I know? That Harvard did a study on them and they were the best! I said great, see ya, he proceeds to slam his chair against a wall as I get up to leave. Whatever, will not be recommending them to anyone.

Biggest scam to date they took me for $400 not bad though they usually get most people for a lot more. I returned to the store three times for issues and told them I do not expect a refund because I have read all the reviews and they do not refund for any body
Ship vendors not warrantied by Good Feet Store
First off, I attended a presentation and bought the inserts on a cruise ship in December. I was told at the time that I could go to any Good Feet Store for warranty claims. After religiously wearing them for almost four months with underwhelming performance I decided to visit a Good Feet Store to see if I had been given the correct insoles. I brought both pair that I had purchased onboard with the idea that the store would reanalyze my feet. They did not. They asked for my phone number to find my account, which they did; so far so good. Then it went south. Not only did they not reanalyze me, they took the insoles in the back and came back and told me the ship vendors are a different contract, called the insoles accessories, and any warranty could not be covered by The Good Feet Store. Then they offered me a free fitting in an attempt for me to try the products they do sell. I refused and walked out.
