You can stop your false advertising. I was sitting on the floor and it slipped out of my hand and fell on floor and shattered. Will never buy anything from these people again. People DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY OR ANYONE WHO ARE SELLING NON BREAKABLE GLASS COVERS.

The worst company I have dealt with, trouble is you dont know you are buying from them until you place the order. I thought i was buying from a company called Taibiy and they have now blocked me on their site.
I bought a samsung case from them and it looked lovely but they sent a cheap plastic orange one.

They wont give me a refund unless I send the case back to them at my cost.

They are rude, unprofessional and a scam - dont waste your money

They advertise as local. They are NOT!! Items come from China and take weeks to get them. Worst communication and it’s funny when it benefits them they know how to speak English fine. As soon as you have a problem it’s broken up China Englage. Lol
Let’s be real, no one wants to deal with over seas sellers anymore. I’ll be getting my credit from PayPal and not deal with these people again.

Don't buy anything from this company, I ordered their so called indistructable magnetic case for my Galaxy S22 Ultra, it fell of my nightstand this morning onto a CARPET not a hardwood floor and glass cover completely shatered, luckily my phone is still fine but what a false advertising. They are now refusing to refund my money but I will persist with Paypal, we all need to complain to Paypal and expose them

DON'T buy from this seller!!! It's scam!! I bought iPhone cases, nothing received!!! No CS, just robot style reply "Hello, we are placing an expedited order for you, please be patient." No phone number to follow up!! Just SCAM!!!!

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered :( To be honest, I liked the first pair of leggings that I ordered and decided to order another pair. Unfortunately, these were nothing like the first pair and I wanted to return them - after 3 emails I got a response, asking for the reason for return. After my explanation I got a reply: "Feel sorry. The query shows that what you received is exactly what you ordered." I persisted but they have not responded at all. Buyer beware!

I ordered a versa 3 and I have not received. I paid good money but I don't think the service is not any good. I wouldn't recommend your company to my friends.

Bought a 'virtually indestructible@ iPhone case in August 22. Pulled it out of my pocket in December 22 and the clip holding it together had broken.
Their first repose was "Hello, I'm sorry to bring you a bad experience. The human-caused reason is not in our after-sales range. If you want us to reissue one for you, you need to pay $ 15 for shipping."

When I said it must be under warranty they said "Sorry, the after-sales time has been exceeded."

Their sale motto is "We stand by our service and strive for 100% customer satisfaction."

Don’t buy ANYTHING from this business. It’s not a legit phone case and they claim they can expedite for an extra charge but it ships from a foreign place and took weeks. I’m trying to return it as it’s as flimsy as plastic and they don’t understand what a return and request a refund is. Worst shopping experience and it’s a bad product. Defective product and I’m still trying to negotiate a return 4 days later every day! Beware!!!

This company also uses the name costuv. Their goodidealshop site has been taken down, likely because they were already too visible as scammer

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I ordered a case for my 22 Plus phone. Once I received the item, you had to download a program in order for the case to work. Well, that was a joke. My phone wouldn't except the download due to protecting my phone from scam. I contacted the company and they were only willing to give me $5.00 back. I paid $24.98. Really.... now I'm sending it back to China in hopes that I can get my money back. RIP OFF!!!

Ordered double sided phone case for samsung s22 , looked amazing in the video but it is just asticbroke straight away,couldnt usefigerprint and was affectingmy connexion and compass. Customer service is terrible.

It's clearly just a scam. Had to do a chargeback on my card. Hope folks read this before ordering unlike myself. Their Instagram advertising was actually pretty good, figured I'd take a shot on a small business, big mistake! It is not legit or worth the trouble!

I ordered a iphone 13 screen protector however I received a i[hone 11 pro max. I sent it back asking for the correct one. However I continually get the run around. This is nothing more than a huge scam. Time to call in the Attorney General's office

Hello,

Just want to complain about the supposedly toughest, best phone case for the Ultra s22.

We have had them for one week and both have fallen once out of a pocket (so not too high), and both have shattered glass on the front screen.

I would like a refund please.
