Terrible experience. The dashboard for managing bundled subscriptions is confusing and misleading, and they refused to honor pricing I have in writing and receipts to prove. It created a completely unnecessary headache. I would not recommend it.

I have been with Good Life for nearly a year. While I find the portal frustrating sometimes, chat team members have always been able to quickly assist.
Today I was assisted by Ashlie. I accidentally delayed my next shipment and was unable to get it corrected. I waited less than 2 minutes to chat with Ashlie and she solved my issue immediately.

Horrible experience! Their patient portal was deceiving causing me to re-order the wrong medication. I called within minutes of placing the order to try to resolve. They wouldn't help in any way. They lost a customer and loss of thousands of dollars in business from me. Horrible company that doesn't care about their customers.

What really stood out was the customer service. It’s rare to feel like you’re actually being heard and supported, but that’s exactly what happened here. Leslie in particular was incredible and kind, patient, and so helpful in answering my questions and making sure everything was handled quickly and correctly.

Good life has been a great company to work with, from their fast customer service and shipping to the quality of the products I am so happy I found them. This is my third order so I'm saying the above from experience! Bailie in customer service was also great to work with, very fast and thorough answers.

I was so hesitant because of the bad reviews but decided to give it a try as a coworker recommended Good life meds. Their customer service has been great so far. I first ordered the wrong medication which was 3 months worth contacted them via email in a matter of two hours i had my refund! I then ordered the correct one and realized my $50 coupon code didn't come off. I immediately direct message them and they stated once my meds were approved and shipped to contact them once againa dn they will refund me thr$50. In less then 24 hours my meds we approved and shipped via FedEx. The came the very next day which was amazing as I was a GPL-1 already and was worried I wasn't going to make my Saturday injection deadline but I did! The meds came packaged very well and cold with everything I needed. I see my own doctor every 3 months so if you don't really need much support and have your own this company so far has been pretty good. This is my first time trying a compounded semaglutide due to cost im hoping it has the same effect as using semaglutide from the actual big box company. I checked this morning and i also had my $50 refund! No chasing them and no issues.

My experience with Good Life Meds has been incredibly positive I’m not great at navigating websites so they have always taken care of all my needs and concerns with a live agent my medication comes within 24 to 48 hrs of shipment always packaged incredibly well in cold packing Bianca helped me today she was more than knowledgeable about my concerns and got me set up and ready to continue my weight loss journey I feel great and LOOK GREAT too

Frustrated FORMER customer
Granted, I'm currently frustrated and should take a minute before writing a review; however, their automated subscription process is infuriating... and watch out for the check-ins, or whatever they call them. Basically, you fill out the questionnaire that you believe is related to the original subscription, and all of a sudden, you have another order for another product on the way that can't be canceled.
