So I bought a dress off this site and what I received was nothing like I ordered . Don’t buy from this site !!! I asked for my money back and they said just give the dress to someone else it’s too hard to send it back !! Then they offered half price off another dress I’d have to purchase. The dress cost me &144 and looked NOTHING like advertised! False advertising the dress had no cut outs different flower print and different colour!!

Good product but no support at all: never had any reply toy information requedts, a total shame...
To avoid, there are any other brands with existing support teams.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Ordered three items on November 15th. Received my order on December 4th and December 13th. One of the three items shipped was not the size I ordered. Of course this being a company from overseas they do not provide a phone number and do not reply to emails. The one email they did reply to, here is what it said verbatim:

“ Hi，

It's like this. You because the material of this dress is not stretchy. The style needs to be taken one size larger. I am worried that the customer will not be able to wear it when they receive it. You try on and wear very large?

You see you can take out to change the waist? I will reimburse you for the cost of modification.”

1) the size shipped was TOO LARGE and not the size ordered;
2) what company has ever suggested someone take the item to a seamstress for alterations?!?! and
3) if you do not provide a phone number for customer service, a return label per your return policy if in fact the company messed up the order, and do not answer emails but once a week if that; what makes you think I will ever believe you will reimburse me for alterations.

Extremely poor customer service. Will NEVER order from this company again and will tell everyone, including my social media followers, to never purchase from this company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I am so disappointed. I checeked their return policy BEFORE I ordered. It states returns can be made within 14 days for a refund!!!! I ordered what I thought were 2 adorable blouses I saw on instagram. I ordered smalls They are not smalls and the material is see through and very flimsy. I immediately requested a refund and after 3 days of multiple emails from them explaining why it costs too much for them to receive my return shipment. They suggested I give them to someone instead with no refund from them. HUH? They offered a discount on my next order. Their will be no NEXT ORDER!! This company needs to be shut down.

worst company I ever used/purchased! Purchased a pre-order pictures for Dragon ride 2024 event, it was discounted for pre-order sale. I received an email of pre-order code and a link to download my pictures of the event. Everything is fine and downloaded the pictures.
After downloaded I opened the main website to check again, there are missing pictures on the zip file that initially downloaded, so I enter again the pre-order code but it is invalid code. Tried several times to phone and send an email but no answer! Very frustrated as this is one of my achievement on cycling, never will purchase again on this crap company!

Do not order from this company!!!!!!!!! It is a scam operation!!!! I’ve ordered what I thought was a beautiful dress twice. It’s a bait and switch scam…After weeks and weeks 2 absolutely horrible dresses arrived from someone named Jun….I'm sure I’ll never see my money again!!
Shame on them

I received 2 items in a size that was 3 times larger than I ordered. The third item was a dress and they sent a totally different print from the one I ordered. They said all items were sold out now and would have to be remade since 6 weeks had now passed waiting on the items to arrive. They said I could fill out a Declaration piece of paper and would not even refund me for the wrong item sent. They said they could give me a 20% credit on the wrong sizes. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Don't order from this company.. Ordered 2 items from FB advertisement over a month ago and still have not received the items and they will not refund me.. They emailed and said "Oh..items left the warehouse already". What the heck does that mean? Left from a warehouse in Antarctica?

Horrible. Tried to return the item that was huge and absolutely 0 response! Avoid at all cost!!!

If there was a zero star I’d give that. Did not get what I ordered and tried to return it. They said I should perhaps give it to someone else to use and the fact that I got a beige checked jacket instead of a pink one must be a lighting issue.

Did not get what was ordered. Ordered a sequin skirt, got leg warmers, beanie and hoodie with weird skulls etc.
I complained and got nothing tired through PayPal, they said that I’d had a delivery so they couldn’t do any more😞DON’T BUY FROM THEM!!!?

I ordered the get ready robe. The fabric was super cheap. The zipper was cheap. There was no paper work in the package. I went to their website, they do not process returns there either. I had to email the company. DO NOT order from this company.

Dress is made of awful material. Too tight on top but long enough for a 6 foot person. Tried to return it. No ho. Run...don't walk.

Tried to contact gotagoo again however e mails ignored . Do NOT buy from this company. I don’t understand how they get away with stealing money from people and sending them junk. I did not order a skeleton t shirt . I ordered and paid for a sequins skirt . Something needs to be done to protect us from obvious theft.Tell who you know and don’t know that gotagoo is a SCAM company and Do NOT PURCHASE from them as they are disgusting liars and are criminals.

I have now had my delivery after over a month and numerous emails. Only to find two of the items are not what I ordered - they are just awful. This company are diabolical please, please do not buy from them. I want to send the items back but probably will end up more out of pocket with cost if return and no guarantee of refund.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. They sent the wrong items and REFUSE to reimburse the full amount despite this being their own picking, packing and distribution issues. One item is wrong item entirely, and unwearable and poor quality. The other was also not what i ordered. Poor customer service. Poor quality. Don’t bother.

Awful company. Did not provide delivery times, I had to send several emails to chase my order. Received responses in very poor English and they kept saying the item had shipped. Received a tracking number which said that the item was still in China and hadn't shipped after 3 weeks. I checked again and the tracking order and their website had disappeared. I got PayPal involved and soon I was sent a new tracking email. My order finally showed up today and they have sent the item in the wrong colour! The workmanship on the received item is poor. I am now trying to contact them again! I will never order from this company again!
