I have a non-profit 501c3 organization

I have a non-profit 501c3 organization, and I was applying for grants. I had to send my information to Goddstack for approval.
Initially, I wasn't approved, and I did not give up! I kept in touch with Goodstack until we finalized my papers.
After I was approved, Goodstack actually celebrated with me and sent kind emails.
Thanks, Goodstack, for supporting my vision to help individuals in the arts.

We are ASPASIB – the Parents' Association of Sibiu County, a nonprofit organization from Sibiu, Romania, dedicated to supporting children and their families. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦💛

Exceptional and prompt support for NGO verification

The verification process for our NGO was seamless thanks to the incredible support team. They were exceptionally prompt in their replies, sent helpful reminders, and thoroughly answered all our questions regarding the required paperwork. I truly appreciate how much effort the support agents put into helping our organization successfully navigate the process. They were patient, accommodating, and went the extra mile to ensure we could access essential nonprofit tools. Outstanding service!

I received a very quick and positive…

I received a very quick and positive response.

The only document I submitted was the organization certificate, and I was prepared to provide additional testimony if requested.

Fortunately, no further documentation was requested.

Instead, I received a congratulatory message, and my organization was officially allowed to use the nonprofit cost‑reduction privilege.

This recognition is a significant milestone for us, and we are grateful for the opportunity.

I would give a negative rating for this company. It's beyond ridiculous that you can provide everything they ask for, show up in the data base etc and they still reject your application eno clear reason. Horrible company

Goodstack support is awesome

Maeghan at Goodstack was able to quickly resolve issues that I was having on their partner's end of things, including an issue which had been persisting for a few weeks. They were understanding, polite, and greatly exceeded all my expectations!

The Goodstack support team is awesome

The Goodstack support team provided professional, enthusiastic, and friendly support throughout the registration and application process. Their response was quick and kind. This made me feel like a regular customer at a small restaurant, rather than queuing in the customer service department of a supermarket.

Email replies not helpful at all cause AI!

I tried to contact Goodstack about the account our company allegedly already has with them, but as no one of us knows the email address it is set up with, we can't reset the password. I emailed them via the help and the hello address, but got AI replies which didn't give me any solution whatsoever. Furthermore I asked about how the process works for wanting to buy several licences in one go and only paying once instead of every licence individually. I got different answerts, but still not very helpful. At this point I'm extremely frustrated. Just let me speak to a real person!

If you are using our chatbot and Grace (our AI Agent) does not provide a helpful answer, you can always ask to speak with someone in the team to ensure the support ticket gets handed over.

Regarding licenses, I'm assuming you are referring to Adobe. You cannot apply the nonprofit discount to multiple licenses within a single account. You can, instead, reapply and apply the discounts individually.

Problem renewing our ZoomAccount Resolved

We have now renewed our Zoom account with the same non-profit status we had in 2025-26. We were initially rejected by Goodstack and attempts to get help were met with auto-generated emails and what seemed an endless cycle of emails. However, Goodstack's support reached out and has now authenticated our application. It seems to me that Goodstack could review their application process for small non-profits such as ours that do not have fully functioning websites.

Because approved claims grant access to sensitive account controls, particularly around donation data and distribution, we apply additional due diligence checks specifically to claims.
