I am struggling to verify a non profit…

I am struggling to verify a non profit account. They got the wrong email address and keep sending them Verification email to the wrong address even though I have emailed them several times. I feel like the person responding to my emails is an AI as I don’t get how someone can’t send the verification email to the correct address. How do I get into contact with a human? Is there phone number?

Where good ideas go to die

Goodstack's AI verification system is a masterpiece of uselessness, a technological marvel that somehow can't verify your name on an official state agency website proving you incorporated, direct, and own the nonprofit in question. Truly impressive incompetence. Their algorithm is so sophisticated it apparently can't read a government document, which is a skill most functional adults master by age 8.
And their 'support' email? Purely decorative. A digital scarecrow. It exists to give you the feeling that support is available while ensuring none actually arrives. Kafka would be proud.
If your goal is to waste days of your life wrestling with a broken verification tool that treats a state-registered nonprofit founders like a suspicious stranger, while being met with complete radio silence from "support," Goodstack delivers flawlessly. Five stars for wasting my time. One star for everything else.

Opaque system blocking legitimate charities from vital tools

Goodstack's verification system is blocking legitimate charities from accessing Google for Nonprofits, with no transparency and no recourse.

I am a registered trustee of LifeSpring Uganda — verifiable in seconds on the UK Charity Commission website. Despite this, I have been rejected twice with an identical, clearly automated email offering no explanation and no path forward.

When I emailed to ask for a specific reason and clear guidance, I received nothing useful in return. There is no phone number, no live support, and the help centre does not address this situation.

Goodstack acts as a gatekeeper to important nonprofit resources, yet offers no meaningful support when their automated system gets it wrong. Small charities don't have the staff or budget to fight opaque bureaucracy — they need tools like Google Workspace to operate. This service is failing the very organisations it claims to help.

The worst service provider on the…

The worst service provider on the internet!
Tried the 'AI chat', it doesn't help, just a waste of time. Never called or passed to a human agent.
It doesn't give you the support you need.
If you are part of a non-profit organisation and need their service for any discount or application, don't waste your precious time. Canva, Adobe, Google and Microsoft just use them as 'ID checkers' to AVOID providing their licences for free.
This is what we should call an 'Institutional scam'!
I don't recommend this service to anyone! Avoid at all cost!!!!

Excellent human support for non-profit verification!

I recently worked with Goodstack to verify our non-profit status for Canva. Initially, our application was disqualified due to a misunderstanding of our organizational structure (we are a direct service provider, not a grant-making foundation).

However, when I reached out to the Goodstack support team, they were incredibly responsive. They took the time to look past our legal "Foundation" name and verify our actual clinical operations at the H.R. Mental Wellness Centre. They corrected the error immediately and approved our subscription.

It is refreshing to work with a verification partner that actually listens to the community they serve. Highly recommend for any non-profit looking for a fair and fast verification process!
