Initially the item was out of stock but been able to register to notify me it was back in stock was great!. Once I purchased the item I received notifications of when it was packed, onboard and in transit. I also received updates on the day of delivery which allowed me to alert my daughter of its arrival All in all the whole process went like clockwork. Well done!!!!
