First and foremost I ordered my glasses back in December here it is the middle of January and it's being shipped from overseas and have absolutely no idea when I am going to get my glasses. For two the customer service is very rude and they just enjoy hanging up on people for three or took me a week to even figure out where my order was said they didnt have an order with that number... And for (4) before my order was even shipped out I clearly stated I wanted a refund and they stated I was as NOT allowed a refund because the order is in production being processed!!! Okay so.you had no problem taking my money quick but there is an issue with getting my refund back.. so now apparently my glasses are some where overseas. And apparently there company is in California... I can promise you if I was able to give a zero star I would!! Would I ever reccomend anyone to this company? Absolutely NOT!!! Worst company I have ever in my life dealt with one UNHAPPY customer...

I love this company they always get back to me in a timely matter to resolve any issues I've ever had. Quickly exchanging are refunding they try to make it most continent for you. I will always and forever choose this company to get my eyewear.

Great price but to fimsy So flimsy they don't stay around my ears....and no line bifocal is a tiny to low and very important...they don't turn dark outside, well alittle but not near enough

I ordered glasses with these guys and when it turned up the quality of the frame was really bad. I complained and they were quick to respond, then they sent me a free pair of my choice.

I have been ordering my glasses from Googles4u for many years now and it has been a great product and service, I ordered couple of pair last month with my new prescription numbers and was not happy with quality (got headache). Googles4u support team found out that eye sphere numbers were wrong. Support team replaced my glasses and I am more happy with this product and I will referring them to more friends as I was doing so.

Having read some of the reviews I was a little reluctant to make a purchase. However I was swayed by the low cost and the fact that these glasses were for nothing more than work. I have not been disappointed. I selected two sets of glasses, input my prescription and had them at my door within 3 weeks. There are a series of reviews describing problems with the lenses, mine are perfect. I cannot fault my vision. The frames themselves are of good quality and look more expensive than they really are. On reflection I would without any shadow of doubt purchase from googles4u in future and will be referring friends and family alike.

Having input my prescription i expected to receive a pair of verifocal glasses but instead i have received a clear lens pair of glasses which are of no use to me whatsever.

Put an order in Monday for which the payment was taken. However now Friday and still no confirmation by email that my order has been placed. So down one star at the first fence. However they have managed one level of communication, which is to spam my email with voucher codes. I can’t think why I be interested in buy glasses 72 hours after placing an order, especially given that basic customer service is so poor. So down one star for the spam email. Get it together peeps. I need confirmation of sale, order ID it’s not hard, it’s the same technology that generated your spam email.

American company with a delivery time of 2-3weeks!! Was unaware of this when ordering a pair of glasses from them. Updates of your orders is low at best so don't expect to be able to track your order. Gave one star as prices are good.

I have a very complex prescription with prisms and have now bought 4 pairs including sunglasses for a quarter of the price of my 2 pairs very happy

First experience was OK then i decided to put in another order.
I got sent the wrong order and 3 weeks after sending an email to them, nothing has been done about it.

I could not recommend Googles4u any higher. Their customer service is responsive and kept on top of my issue every step of the way. Their products are also awesome in look, vision correction and price.

I had not received my glasses in what I considered a timely manner. I simply contacted customer support and found out my glasses were lost in transit. An agreeable solution was reached between Googles4U and myself. I must say that their customer service is great...polite, and accommodating! Thank you for this resolution to the problem. Can’t wait to get my new glasses!

Appalling quality, I would recommend not using them, when the glasses arrived,the lenses were so thick and heavy the glasses would not stay on ,and kept falling off my face, they actually looked like a pair you would get from a joke shop

Overall, not a good experience. Shipment was slow, despite paying extra for expedited shipping - and there was no tracking info until it hit the USPS, which was a day or two before the glasses were delivered. Zenni was much faster, and provided updates while you're waiting for your glasses. But - Goggles4u can do prisms on bifocals, which is rare for online glasses, and the reason I used them this time. Frames are so-so, lenses seem fine. The frames are pretty uncomfortable because the arms are angled in so much - this was never a problem with Zenni. Customer support was generally very good and quick, although I wasn't happy that their solution for the tight glasses was to take them to an optician. I would have preferred specific instructions for adjusting them myself.

My glasses got delivered within 7 days of ordering. It was a complicated prescription so I was a bit nervous but it was brilliant all through. The best service I received since 23 years l started wearing glasses. It costs me 90% less than what l normally pay in the High Street plus they have more colour choices rather than the boring black everyone is wearing.

Simple to use site. My only complaint is that the site can be slow.

The quality of the rimless was excellent and I will never go anywhere else again. The customer service live chats get 10/10 in my books for their kind and prompt response to all queries 24hours of the day.

I read these glasses were durable and great. I received them, they were smaller than expected, cheaper made and much more delicate then described. There is NO durability to these glasses. They are very cheaply made. They are very inexpensive and great for people on a budget especially if you are careful with your glasses; however, if you have clumsy tendencies you might want to find more durable glasses. The tinting is so dark you can hardly use them indoors. This is horrible as I use them for watching TV and driving only. These are the cheapest quality glasses I've ever owned. I have an autoimmune disease that affects my eyes so glasses are important. These glasses actually make my eyes burn to wear. I bought 4 pairs total. 2 plastic frames and 2 metal frames all of which are more flimsy then expected, which isn't good as I also have nerve damage causing uncontrollable shakes and jerks so I need glasses that can take a little wear and tear. These seem to be a bit to delicate and scare me. I fear they will break quickly. I am afraid I wasted money on all 4 pairs. Time will tell.

Had a bad experience with googles4u. My original order was delayed for several days. I was very dissatisfied. After contacting the company about the problem that I had, they apologized and even offered a partial refund of my order. I appreciate the fact that they are willing to go the extra mile to satisfy every costumer and make sure they are happy in the end. Yes I would recommend Googles4u to others knowing they will be well taken care of.
