Been taking surveys for a while so I have a lot of points, everytime I try to redeem points it won't let me, I got in touch and have heard nothing, scam survey site I would not recommend, avoid at all costs.

After a few weeks of giving this a go and trying many dozens of surveys, none were able to be completed. Most seem to just be links to other agregators that ask the same endless 'qualification' questions over and over until being screened out. Some even seemed to link to a third agregator!

A complete waste of time. Do yourself a huge favour nd avoid Goopoll. The truthful thing about them seems to be the 'goo'.

A complete and utter waste of time, waited months for points to be put on, to get to 5000 points is near impossible, stay well clear

Still haven't received my Amazon voucher due to be paid on 14 February and have not received reply when I queried this. Hopeless.

Scam site, redeemed points for Amazon voucher back on the 13th April, estimated due date was the 27th April, 20 Days on from that and still nothing, No communication or voucher, SCAMMERS

Redeemed rewards, points had already been deducted, never received my Amazon gift card that I redeemed and no reply to ticket either. Avoid this scammer!

Its a nightmare platform takes 2 or more years to accumulate points then wait 2 to 5 months for points credited and then wait for the redeemed choice 3 to 5 months.Mere waste of time platform as for help desk they respond after 3 months but without solid solution. Its a ghost platform indeed stop wasting time joining useless survey site.

As with other reviewers, my experience has sadly been the same. I had let my points accumulate and decided to "cash out." The next time that I tried to log in, shock, horror - my account was blocked. I used the (not very easy to find) contact form, as the message said to "contact administrator," but after several weeks had not got a reply. I used the form again, and now, after several more weeks, I'm STILL waiting for a reply and my account is STILL blocked. Very, very poor indeed - if I could leave zero stars I definitely would. I only wish that I had checked them out on here first instead of wasting my time for years. I hope that this helps to stop anyone else from doing the same. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!

I have now been able to login (& points were added since) and can cash rewards. In fact they've changed it from £20 cash payout to gift vouchers where the minimun voucher is £5 with many places to choose to use them. Downside: there is no longer a cash only option.
June 14th new Update: I just recieved my e-gift card via email, printed it out and can now use it.

What can I say that hasn't already. An absolute disgusting platform, takes around a year to reach a minuscule reward point, then another age to receive said minuscule reward, then they block your account for no reason, no explanation zilch.
My advice is Don't waste your time or your life with these crooks.

They blocked my a/c for no reason & won't tell me why, despite several requests for an explanation. I was just about to cash out - coincidence ? Why I try to log in, a message pops up telling me to contact support, but giving no contact details. It took a long time to locate these. - they clearly don't care of are incompetent. Don't bother with these time wasting jokers.

I have completed surveys for panel with panel quoting you need 10000 to redeem but when you get to that value you suddenly need 10600. I had previously redeemed at this level.
Panel never corresponded that terms were being changed so I feel this is just dodgy behaviour and I will contact market research institute to get their opinion on this dodgy change

Joined 3 weeks ago , got 2 surveys ( points only just received ) . No surveys since , I log on and its as though they have called it a day .......... nothing happening whatsoever !

I had gathered enough points to redeem a Amazon gift voucher, it would not go through so I contact there so called customer service no reply so I message them again said go to our frequently asked questions what’s the point
