Good customer service. Prompt response.

I use Art StoreFronts for selling my art and Gooten is a print partner of ASF. I had specific questions concerning international shipping for Gooten products and I received a thorough, clear and honest answer which was exactly what I was looking for!
Thanks for taking the time to really answer my question, even if I'm an indirect customer!

I like Gooten's canvas products, but when it comes to their User Interface and their mock up images and generator, it's horrendous!

My three main problem with Gooten is that:

1. Their user interface is very unorganized and difficult to navigate. The framed canvas and unframed canvas are not lined up by size (small - large) and by price order (least - greatest). Everything is just tossed all over the place, making it a sloppy and complicated tool to use when trying to individually price each item. Or locate each item. It is absolutely tedious to work with.

2. Their mock up generators and images are horrible when it come to the wall art décor items. How come you only have one image showing the front of the item, but no other corners of the item are viewable? This makes it hard for customers to view what they are actually buying. Some of the images are dull and dark looking, which makes it unattractive.

3. Gooten needs to fix their product collections. Whenever you try to add your products using Gooten's collection list, it automatically creates a new collections list in your Shopify dashboard instead of using the current collections you already have.

If you have to fix a product in your Gooten dashboard, you will need to delete the collections list from Gooten and manually add it all over again in your Shopify dashboard, otherwise you will have new collections list automatically made in you Shopify dashboard.

Please fix your mock up generators and add more images where customers can view each angle of the product they are buying.

The prices need to be adjusted a little more too, as some of them are different prices for different colors.

It's been a few years since they said they would change this but nothing has been done so far.

I would recommend Gooten but they need to focus more on their platform and mock ups.

Gooten has been one of the very best companies that I have worked with for my business products. The quality is the highest you can find and the customer support is even better.

I give Gooten 10 stars on service and high-quality products. They are my main source for my products and the rave reviews of the products is out of this world.

The process of creating and pricing stickers totally confused me, but I submitted a small order anyway to see what happened. The way I submitted it was wrong and thankfully, Hector who was in charge of the process patiently showed me the steps I needed and how to determine pricing. I appreciated the help and have now submitted an order correctly!

The support I received from Gootne was excellent. I had issues with my woocommerce store and shipping rates. I inquired for help on July 2nd and was expecting not to hear back for at least a few days after the 4th of July. I was contacted ON the 4th. The information they provided was exactly what I needed. My store is ready for sales.

Gooten is a great drop shipping partner for my Etsy shop. Shipping times and quality for individual products are generally consistent- even during the worst of covid, there weren’t massive delays.

The quality of the printing depends on the product- be sure to get always purchase a sample before putting it on your shop. We’ve been very happy with the mugs and woven blanket quality and price.

Customer service is good, and they stand by their policies.

My only sore spot would be that the products unsync with my Etsy anytime I edit them. It has caused issues when I haven’t noticed in time- and customers aren’t always understanding about the delay. Now we just make a new listing anytime we need to edit. It’s not ideal because we lose our Etsy seo anytime we delist a product.

However, I would recommend Gooten to anyone with an e-commerce shop. We’ve made a lot of money together :)

Good prices. Good shipping. Good customer service. I have been very happy with the service and quality of the goods I've had printed via Gooten. Compared to other print on demand websites they're quite competitive on price, and they go the extra mile to make sure your products will print properly. I've recommended them several times to other artists.

The Gooten team was professional, courteous, and helpful even though I had somewhat resolved my concern by the time they connected with me. That's the main reason I lowered the rating is the initial response time took a while. Otherwise I received 5 star customer service. Great organization!

The time it takes to get an order through seems much longer than other POD sites we have used. Quality is good on the products we have ordered for samples. Wish the pictures to view products were a little easier to view on the actual item. Like the metal signs. Hard to see the white area vs the background of the image to make sure everything is covering the area. Also, some signs have easels, but there are no images that show what the easel looks like. Another thing i have noticed is trying to find the size of the print file needed before creating the listing is difficult.

I am done with trying to mess around w/ Gooten to save $2. Their interface is terrible, I spent a good hour making a new product and could not find how to push it to my shop. Back and forth, here and there. Then they have it in my "Store" and "Storage" and they're different, of course because - it's Gooten. So in trying to push the correct one, I delete the Incorrect one, which of course DELETES BOTH. So now I have nothing for time. DONE. Done with them. PLUS they're slow as h*ll.
