Changes needed for better results

I was setting up multiple lines some did work right from the start the other once i Had to work on for days to get it done. The Referral links do not work. and it seams like as if there is a virtual assistance working the system I Had to sit on the PC for Over 6 hrs. and still not done. The plan itself is great and working good but it takes to long to get problems solved when needed. They do not support Transfer of E sim from one Phone to the next and charge you every time you need to transfer to a new phone.

Great value for money But ...

Great value for money. However absolutely poor client service. They are as worst as other budget services even it come to customer service. It seems like their reps are not trained to do the job or sloppy in their work. Either way don't expect any customer service from them and you are definitely on your own. I am thinking of cancelling after my first month is done with them.

I was helping a friend's 15 son who…

I was helping a friend's 15 son who came from China for a short period of time to activate a card that was supposedly Phonebox and activation instruction was provided to go to Phonebox website to activate the card. Upon getting to the site, it does not recognize the sim card number as it was a Rogers sim card. I then purchased a e-sim for the boy, turned out his phone does not support esim. So I called customer service to try to transfer the esim to the regular sim that the boy received from his school. Was told by the agent that it will only work on a phonebox sim card. I tried to order from Amazon a phonebox card, again received a Telus card. So does Phonebox not have proper sim?
