We were seated on a table for 4, 6 of us
We were seated on a table for 4 , we had pre booked for 6 of us , seated next to a draughty window, until we complained , we were charged for three bottles of wine we only had two had to sort that out, the bill was over six hundred for six of us and there was nothing we had to eat that warranted that price , perhaps they not expecting return customers, when asked if Gordon was coming they laughed and said no it has to be spot on when he’s there ?
Hugely disappointing
We went there for sunday lunch for
grandsons 17th birthday. The restaurant was cold as were the vegetables which we sent back. Waited half hour for meals but no offer of bread or anything while we waited. Mens toilet was minging. Cant imagine gordon Ramsey eating here or if he ever has. A ordinary uninspiring restaurant with top restaurant prices. We had the roasts which were luke warm and the rest had burgers which all agreed were just ok. Definitely never going back

Visited the Reading branch at the Oracle. Slightly disappointed at wait times and especially annoyed at people who turned up after us getting served their food first! Wondering if this was why our food was cold. Cant fault the customer service but the shift manager tried to fob us off with feeble excuses, expecting us to eat the sub standard food, but at least it was replaced with a warm meal. Not sure if we'd return, may be better on a week day when there's less chaos amongst volume of staff on a Saturday.
Street Burger- Reading
I went to the restaurant in Reading and I can say the food and service was excellent and couldn’t be faulted. The food was so good and came very well portioned. I believe our experience was made even better by the service the staff gave in particular one waitress who I believe went by the name Sophia. Even though she was not our waitress she answered all the questions we had at the time with great enthusiasm and a warm smile. Very friendly staff, which just added to our experience!
Heddon Street Sunday Roast shocker
Heddon Street Sunday Roast shocker
Roast Beef Sunday dinner dreadful nothing tasty about this dish beef bland vegetables bland and under cooked roast potatoes- when asked for mustard was handed a empty bottle of squeeze Colman’s English ( class act )
Won’t rush back but suggest Gorden quickly checks on the quality of the beef
Heddon Street Kitchen- avoid!
Went to Heddon St Kitchen after the theatre & table booked for 5.39, turned away at 5 & told to return at 5.30, had two young children with us! Roast dinner was really poor, bland & supposed to be be aged beef… would not return…. Very disappointed ☹️
Went to Gordon Ramsay Street kitchen…
Went to Gordon Ramsay Street kitchen ,Covent Garden,London .Very disapppointing.Burger was very small and had no flavor. Good onion rings, but they were served as a starter even though we wanted them with the burger. Waitress insisted that they were always served like that, even though the menu called it a side order. The Coca -cola was without a fizz, and all the Windows and Big door was open so we were freezing and had to eat in our overcoats! Will never go again.
, and should just have left and gone to burger King instead!!
I went to the narrow by Gordon Ramsay
I went to the narrow by Gordon Ramsay, in Limehouse, and my experience was exactly as expected. Service was delightful from the hostess to the waiters, food was delicious (had the cod) and the ambience was lively yet relaxed and nice. We sat at a table overlooking the river and it was a really good experience.
Disappointment at the Gordon Ramsey Pub &…
We went to the Gordon Ramsey Pub & Grill in Caesar's Palace. I ordered the Maine lobster pot pie. I was very disappointed. There was a 1 cm of liquid (that was very runny like water) and 1/8 of a lobster claw chopped up along with a few peas and some tiny cubed carrots ( looked like a poor man's soup in an institution) topped with puff pastry. The flavour was lack lustre. I expected a mouth watering meal and at the very least a thicker sauce with a fair amount of lobster. Looked like the chef scraped the pot . It was NOT worth the 40 dollars. I was very let down. Definitely not up to Ramsey's standards. He should check it out asap.If you go please order the prime rib roast or beef wellington as it appears they only cook their beef with pride.
Such a shame

I chose Gordon Ramsay’s Mayfair…
I chose Gordon Ramsay’s Mayfair restaurant for my engagement dinner I was using a steak experience voucher.
When we walked in it was kinda busy but not too bad it took 30 minutes for our free champagne to come.
We then ordered our food the starters were excellent which was misleading.
The steaks came my partner ordered medium / well done it came rare, both steaks were covered in charcoal and tasted like it there was no flavour there whatsoever. We complained to the waitress and she told the chefs and they stood there looking at us and nothing was done.
The desserts came I had previously booked a special dessert with “Congratulations” on the plate this didn’t happen and again my partner got the wrong order she asked for a chocolate tart and got strawberry cheese cake.
By the end of this I was so upset they ruined a romantic evening I couldn’t be bothered to argue the toss. I wouldn’t bother going to this place they don’t seem to care which is a shame considering I’m a massive Ramsay fan.
This place was rancid
This place was rancid. The asparagus wasn’t even cooked. They had black salt piled on top of land o lake butter. Just not worth your money, if I’m being honest. Take your lil self to the outback baby girl
Disappointed
I travel hour and 45 minutes to eat the mushroom pot pie. Im very disappointed that out of everything they cut the vegetarian options from the manu. One thing they have is impossible burger and honestly as a vegetarian i don't like it. Gordon ramsay just lost a customer becuase they don't actually think about everyone eating there. Salad is not a meal!! I left without eating here. As happy as i was coming, i left mad and hungry!!
Tasty, but slow
The food here is really good and diverse, for any person to enjoy. However, I had to wait for almost 40 mins for the food. This was quite a negative experience, but the food was really nice, so it paid off.
Good food in a nice area!
My husband and I went to Gordon Ramsay…
My husband and I went to Gordon Ramsay restaurant in Atlantic City, we thought we would have a great meal. The waiter too his time before coming over. We ordered I wanted the beef Wellington and was told I couldn't get it cooked the way I wanted so I didn't order it. My husband got fish and chips the fish was soggy and he ordered calamari needless to say he ended up with food poison. Chef Ramsay we really were disappointed.
Hair on food
I know Mr. Ramsey, would fire everyone at the Las Vegas restaurant if he was there. I ordered 2 plates of mac and cheese and salmon. 1 plate came to my table with hair on the food. I was so confused. The waiter said that they feed over 1200 people like that made it ok, that my food had human hair. I cancelled my meal. I am so disappointed. I had to pay for the other plate that was for the other person I was with. I would not give any stars. Please do better.
I went to Gordon Ramsay's bar and pub…
I went to Gordon Ramsay's bar and pub in las vegas. The food was terrible. Chicken was raw. We were told it was the breading. Table of 7 and none of us ate our food. The waiter never came to check on us. Wouldn't recommend that place to a dog. You pay for the name.
Don’t believe the hype…
The Narrow by Gordon Ramsay, Limehouse: If you appear on TV extolling exemplary standards then that’s what you expect. Flat & oxidised champagne, wrong starter, under cooked chips and very poor value for money. Contrived and underwhelming - we travelled up to London 100 miles expecting a special night, would have had better fish and chips from my local chippy and wine from the Coop.
Found out after that the gift voucher we were given for a 3 course meal for 2 was £46 but the cheapest 3 course for 2 you could get was £57 without the 15% service charge. Since when has a burger on its own been a main course? Go figure? Deliberately vague on the voucher on which restaurants you can use it at, have to ring up to find out and picture on voucher shows gourmet food and not fish and chips or an unaccompanied burger. Guess they hope people don’t bother an absolute con, might take this up with trading standards. Top top it all had an upset stomach and had to self isolate for 8 days after gettIng ‘pinged’ :(
Shocking Gordon Ramsey Bar & Grill…
Shocking Gordon Ramsey Bar & Grill restaurant in London. The interior is horrendous it’s like walking into a wetherspoons, waiter looked like he was about to fall asleep. The food was horrendous, I wouldn’t recommend at all.
Street Burger (St Paul’s)
Yesterday it was my son’s birthday and we decided to eat at Street Burger in London and we were not disappointed at all! We booked a table beforehand for 4 but we arrived an hour or so early and the staff were very lovely and happily offered us a table. We were greeted immediately and felt welcomed from the very start to the end. We were served by Antonia who gave us an amazing service and experience - possibly the best customer service we’ve ever received :) she was very friendly and engaged in conversations with us all and even helped us decide what to eat. We received our food quickly and it was definitely Gordon Ramsay’s standard. The taste was absolutely amazing. We ordered 3 JFC burgers and 1 Lamb burger. Who would’ve thought a burger could taste sooo good :) and the drinks were amazing too - we had oreo and toffee shakes, absolutely to die for.
Would definitely return and highly recommend you go there too.
Again, shoutout to Antonia :)
