I recently moved from another well known accountancy services company that lets say became less 'in touch' with their clients and where the service deteriorated due their lack of care and attention.

So far I can only be positive about the service provided by Gorilla Accounting. The transition has been really smooth and I feel a lot more confident that my account is being properly managed. A shout out to Clare who has been excellent throughout, keeping me informed through the transition period, status of the account and actions that need completing so no deadline is missed.

I transferred to gorilla 6 months ago and, along with FreeAgent, have had trouble free support ever since. From closing last year, to payroll changes, to VAT quarter returns, the process has been very smooth.

I’ve asked many questions and queries of my gorilla accountant-Jake- and he always responds within a day (mostly within hours) which I appreciate immensely .

Lee Wilson sorts out my accounts and helps when needed, they have all been very understanding and I have had no issues what so ever. Excellent service and very quick to reply to any questions I have. Overall I am very happy with the service I am getting.
