No communication. Delivery delays. Now more than 7 weeks since order was placed and despite multiple attempts to contact customer service representatives, no concrete details of the reason for the delay and when my bow will finally arrive. Awful customer service.
I ordered an accessory for $90. They backordered it for over a year. During that time they ignored all attempts to contact them. Then over a year later they sent me pieces of the accessory (which looked like they'd been lying around in a warehouse for a year). But they did not send me all the pieces so what I have is worthless. I sent them notice that I still needed more parts and of course they have ignored me.
