Customer service is fantastic. Gorilla Mind's products speak for themselves when it comes to quality, but imo, the fantastic customer support sets them apart from other supplement companies. Audrey is a rock star. Knowledgeable, friendly and informative with regards to their product line. I highly recommend giving them a look next time you're in the market for a wide range of supps!

From the products themselves to the customer service this company has never failed me from day one! I almost have all of their products and this is the only supplement company I will buy from. I have gotten 4 other co workers on this company only! If there ever is an issue customer service is always there.

Honestly wasn't new to the supplement world but was hesitant to move onto a shop I stumbled upon 3 years ago. No regrets! Customer service is A1 and everyone's really nice. Gorilla Mind has quickly become my go to source for protein powder and collagen peptides. They have the best tasting (and easily blendable) products that I've found and their customer service is top notch! I was impressed by how quickly they respond to, and fixed a shipping error.
I love adding the cinnamon churro protein to my coffee as a creamer and I legit crave the blue raspberry collagen!
If I was pressed for a negative, it would be the little blender whisk. It works great for a couple goes, but sucks batteries like crazy. I plan to get some rechargeable batteries because the whisk is very useful.

By far the best tasting protein powders I’ve ever had. All of the products are well made and you can tell time was put into what ingredients should be used. Their customer service is outstanding. I will be a customer for a very long time.

I made an order from Gorilla mine to the UK and because of fedex and customs the shipment was held up for over 2 months (I still haven’t received it yet) the whole time I was in contact with a manager called Santana who helped me every step of the way with quick replies and solutions. I feel absolutely compelled to give them credit for the services received I hope Derek or whoever reads this and realises what epic staff are at their company! Thanks Santana! Look forward to finally receiving my items .

Products are top notch, improving your focus and performance in exactly the way it is described to do. Customer service is fantastic too. Any issues are quickly resolved . The company obviously cares about their customers.
However customer support can be a little slow during times where there are huge sales but its understandable.
They always compensate generously if anything does go wrong. Love the products so far! Thank you for the high quality products

Products in my experience deliver their intended purpose. Their customer service is also top tier. I had an order delivered missing an item, but maybe 20 minutes after initially contacting them, they had a replacement item being sent out with priority service. Very polite and helpful. Best in the business.

We have ordered this product for over 6 months. The last month or so the cans are damaged and a few were totally empty. Not looking for free product. I want the manufacturers to figure out different packaging so this doesn't continue to happen. 8 cans ruined so far.
