Customer service went above and beyond in fixing a situation of my own making. There was no interrogation and the fix was done immediately. Top notch company.

I accidentally placed an order with the wrong card and customer service had the order cancelled and refunded within hours. I was able to place the same order with the updated card same day without any issues and everyone I spoke with was extremely friendly.

Customer Service was awesome! Worked with Camille, their promotion on their social media was said to run for two days but their website only had it for one, emailed support, Gorilla sent me an invoice with the items I wanted and the discounts that should have been included. Great products as well, I will keep going with Gorilla Mind for my gym needs.

I ordered Gorilla Mind pre work out from Amazon and the shipping went well. The package was not sealed properly and I sent an email to customer service support requesting a refund and they did not respond to me. The total cost of my order cost me $95. Their product doesn't work. its overhyped and overpriced. I ended up purchasing a different pre work out from my local store and not only it gave me the pump and energy I was looking for but the package was sealed.

1 week and order havent even shipped yet,do not buy from this dog company,they dont even read my EMAILS like they take our money and use it to snort cocaine

They are trying to make more money by taking their Nitric and Energy products off of Amazon and using a "cheaper" shipping option or something. I had to order two of each to get a similar price I got on Amazon, and the order still hasn't shipped 6 days later. I'm not talking about receiving it. I'll still have to wait for shipping. They're still sitting on it. They've gone downhill HARD.

I've been ordering from Gorilla Mind for awhile now. Love the pre workout and the pump formula. Tried the energy drinks not my thing. This time ordered the hydrating packs. While I ran into some issues not having my order fulfilled Kiira went above and beyond to make sure I understood what happened and communicated that it was being filled as we speak and the costumer service was amazing. Above and beyond. Thanks again!!

Love Gorilla Mind products! They’re unmatched by anything else I’ve tried by any other company. They actually do what they say they will do. Also great customer service who take time to actually answer your emails. I only wish that they had a storage facility in Asia to get the products more easily. Even with the import hassle I’d rather wait for delivery and pay import fees because I know I’m getting quality products.
