I have a Multi Lat tower, cant get spares
I have a Multi Lat tower, which is 2 years old. The upper cable is starting to fray and needs replaced. Contacted then and they told me they no longer sell in the UK. End of conversation. No help at all in finding spares. I got my Friend in Germany to try and get a new cable for me and he's been told there not supplying spares ether. Left with an unsafe bit of equipment with no interest in customer support from Gorilla Sports. Avoid.

Universal Workbench Lat Pulldown Extension
I ordered the lat pulldown extension for the Universal Workbench. It arrived in great time and I assembled it immediately. There is a couple of issues I'd like to mention. Firstly, it doesn't sit perfectly vertical when fitted so I've fitted a couple of wooden wedges in order to ensure it stands straight. Secondly, there is a constant need to lubricate the metalwork in order for the equipment to function properly. Once these 2 issues are overcome however I would say it is a great addition to the Workstation and had it not been for these 2 issues I would have given 5 stars.
