Wowser. 62 years old and I have never resorted to posting bad reviews. This company takes the cake
Shoes look great online. Look great when you receive them.
Can you wear them? - nope
Can you possibly wear them if you endure some blisters for a few weeks? - nope
Due to the build of the shoe, the inflexibility, you literally cannot walk normally for even a step
Is 130$ worth it for ornamental shoes? - nope
Can you get a refund? Apparently nope
Going hard and legal on this
Happy to spend 100 times the cost of these shoes to get this company to do the right thing.
Customer service?
Be patient as it takes an average of 2 weeks to get any response
And when you do get a response it’s dismissive and caustic
There are soooo many good companies out there
Avoid this one at all costs!!!!!!

Firecracker dress is advertised as a two-toned dress (orange and blue). It has what looks like white dirty marks all over it. I ordered online and as soon as I tried it on my husband asked me what I had spilt, right at the front of the dress where you might spill food. No response yet from customer service.

I sent back scrubs which my daughter in law found too big and I asked for a smaller size. Although busy, the Gorman people sent a replacement by post. The turn around was less than 2 weeks and the post took another week. I am happy with the quick response and the quality of the replacement scrubs. Thank you Gorman.

If you want colour and beautiful designed clothes than Gormans is the happy place for you. I LOVE my gorgeous Gormans.

My order was not left at the address I sent it too, now inconvenience to get time to go to LPO to collect. Why didn’t Aust Post leave it??

Victoria at Highpoint was fabulous! She has built up the best rapport with me over the years! Remembers my name and the styles of dresses I like! I walked into the store, she greeted me with the friendliest smile and said.. I’ve got the perfect dress for you! It’s just come in! She was right! It was perfect and I love it! Wore it over the weekend and had so many compliments!!

I purchased a pair of scrubs online following their size guide and ordered an xs. They are absolutely MASSIVE. I believed they had sent me the wrong size initially as they are ridiculous but I checked the tag and they do say xs. In order to get an exchange or refund I need to pay more! Plus shipping!! It is stupid beacsue after that I will have paid for almost another pair of scrubs just in order to have them swapped or returned

I received an email today..Australia Day..from Gorman asking me to "pay the rent" and supporting justice for First Nations People.
I was shocked they were using their email base for this. I have bought a lit of clothes from Gorman over the years but I will never buy from them again. They have lost a customer

Purchased an expensive hairclip and after one week, the spring broke. My $2 hairclips have lasted longer!
One email acknowledged my concern and requested proof of purchase, which I provided. Since then, there has been total silence, despite several emails. Very poor quality and will not purchase again from Gorman.

It came quickly and I love the vibrant colours it fits well too.
Wearing it will make me feel young again

Ordering is easy, and my item arrived well packaged and within a very short time.
I like the item very much, but could have done with a size,maybe two smaller. I have found, for me anyway, sizes run quite large - a 10 maximum would have been best - I usually wear an 12. Item is good quality and ideal for Autumn/ Spring.

I have to say the shop was a bit cramped and the racks were really jam packed with beautiful clothes. However the types of clothes were difficult to see as the colours are so beautiful and bright all in one place. It was good that I had researched what I wanted and checked if it was in store so I went straight there. Such good quality gear. Really nice quality fabrics. I have bought too much. The fit is lovely too.
