I wrote to GoSimpleTax before signing up to see if my tax situation would work with their software. They assured me it would. I've been trying to submit my taxes for several days but I'm experiencing a glitch with their system (I'm checking NO on a box but when my tax return is created it's checking a YES). I've gone back and forth with them on email but the agent is NOT reading my message, I'm getting nowhere. I can't say that what I paid is worth the hassle I'm going through...The software is bare bones and hard to get a clear answer when you need help.

Taking the mystery out of tax
The process was very straight forward for all returns we completed - Partnership and two personal returns.
Slight problem at the end of one was resolved very quickly through your online Help Desk.

Easy 2025/26 tax return
I was able to complete my 2025/26 tax return and found this very easy to use, especially as I had to sort out some CGT items. The support was good and pointed me to the relevant guides.
