GoSk8 Skate Store Reviews 

Very disappointed with the online service GoSk8 has provided. Ordered skates for my daughter 29/01/26, received no confirmation at all of order. Eventually I managed to contact the shop to be told the order had been overlooked and skates out of stock. I was given another option which I decided to go with (04/02/26). I was told it would take a few days for order to be delivered. I emailed again on 16th Feb for an update and to date have received no reply.
I appreciate the shop was closing but the customer service for online purchases is terrible. I should not have to keep emailing for invoice/receipt and updates as to when I can expect delivery. Unfortunately for these reasons I would not recommend ordering from GoSk8.

Very, very disappointed in the service, the skateboard arrived late and missed Christmas... I may return it for a full refund

Great service, we showed up at 4:30 to get a scooter for my son. There was no complete scooters that he liked so we picked out all the parts needed and they assembled the scooter for him. It was 30 minutes past closing by the time they finished up.

Dropped into the shop to pick out parts for a new skate board and I can't praise the experience enough. Super helpful, really nice to deal with and great products. Will be back for heelys soon!

GREAT SERVICE. After looking at many different online sites I came across this site first of all I called to see did they have the skates in stock and to my amazment someone answered not like other sites . But best of all they arrived next day and it's an Irish company ( Buy Irish)

Very quick shipping, the board was very well priced and extremely good quality. Got a few free goodies as well, will definitely support local again!

The guys were great in GoSk8 store, very helpful and informative in assisting with choosing an appropriate board. Lots of choice available for skateboarders or people who just want to cruise!

Amazing great customer service good products comming from a pro level scooter rider

So my little girl wanted a scooter for her birthday, after picking it out and placing the order online- she went to bed happy. The next day I got a phone call from Clinton to say scooter out stock and as we were in middle of lockdown he wasnt sure when he could get back in - I told him the story and thst it was a month away. He said leave it with me and I see what I can do. True to his word the scooter arrived the day before her birthday. He also threw in free handle bar grips that would go scooter. This guy is so friendly and so so helpful- gave me lots of advise and tips. He amazing. I would definitely recommend going to gosk8. I definitely be calling into shop or shopping online again.

I purchased a pair of moxis from this shop about 2 weeks ago. Even though it's a difficult time the guy was extremely helpful and got them to me really fast (about 3 working days) as we we expecting some fine weather. I've been skating around in them every day happy as larry . He also gave me a free tool! No complaints what so ever. Very nice people to deal with and will do their best for ya. Love my roller skates !
