I ordered the heart shaped stone for my mother for a Mother's Day gift. It really looked nothing like the picture. In the picture the stone was gray. It came in a light shade of blue. The lettering looks more scripted than the letters I'm typing now. Also was smaller than excepted.

Slow, poor quality print

Product took quite a while to arrive, didn't realise it was being drop-shipped from China when I ordered as the site looked like it was in the US. When it did arrive print of product was poor, not photo quality like it looked in the advert for the product, quality of the jigsaw pieces is fine.

Highly Impressed!!!

GOSSBY was most helpful - after I submitted the order, I realized I had placed the images in the wrong order. They happily went into the order and rearranged the images so that they were placed correctly -no hesitation on their part. The hat arrived two weeks early - so HAPPY she will be able to wear it while it's still cold outside. Highly Impressed!

Misinformation/Deception

The company promotes they are a US based company in Louisville Kentucky, Awesome. So, I ordered a personalized puzzle for my cousin. I was shocked when it said almost 3 weeks to deliver, when the gift was going to the same town...Louisville. Turns out they have warehouses in the US, Australia and UK. Why then did my gift come all the way from China? I felt deceived and wont be doing business with this company ever again.

Great company, fast informed ship

The order didn't look like the picture

The order didn't look like the picture. I left a review describing the problem, as there wasn't a place to contact customer support about the order. They said on the review they would respond. Which they did, but they never responded after I emailed them back. And when I went to update my review just now, I see that they have deleted my review. So apparently that's why there are no negative reviews, not because their product is so great. Very poor customer service.

The item purchased is not really what I expected

The item purchased is not really what I expected. It's a heart shaped ring dish with a photo of my daughters cat, saying My Humans are Getting Married. Very cute, however the ring dish had a sticky feel to it. Where the writing and photo of cat is. It's like a transfer sticker or something like that. Just disappointed in the quality. Probably won't give it to my daughter.

My personalized order arrived in a damaged box and the item was damaged because of it. It no doubt happened during the shipping process. I contacted customer service on Feb. 27th and they promptly sent me another. It came to me in tact and beautiful on Mar. 13th. I couldn't have been happier. 😃🥰

It's second time I order from this site, and not the last time. The website is easy to navigate, customisation is amazing and easy to use.
