Unstoppable customer support

Even with Covid running rampant, this company went out of their way to put my needs first. I really appreciate what they have done and 10/10 would recommend them to all my friends. Buy with confidence!

Avoid at all costs . 5 star reviews are fraud

Will never order anything from them again. Ordered on April 21,2020 . Price was good and the shipping time seemed great . 2 weeks go by I call and they said it would ship Friday. Friday comes nothing I call again that went on for 2 months and every week it was some kind of excuse. Finally in June I canceled the order , should be pretty simple right? Wrong. Once again I call and email every week asking for my money back. Never got it . I gave up it in August this month and reported them as fraud to my bank . Got my money refunded from the bank and let the bank go after them. Use PayPal or your bank do not pay with a money order. Banks can fight them and ruin their credit rating. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. All 5 star reviews between March 2020 and now are 100 percent fraud . Straight from Kevin's mouth they were behind on all shipments due to the pandemic . If I could rate them negative 5 stars I would . I am writing a review on every website I can find. This company will take your money and leave you hanging . No customer service skills at all. I don't care if they respond to this or say I'm not customer I do not use my real name online . So they can deny I bought I have an invoice and won't nothing to do with this company. Edit. Of course Jay South isn't real cause its not my real name I don't use my real name online . Your reading skills are poor too . No where did I admit I'm not a customer. I said you would deny im a customer cause of the name I used and you did. TRUSTPILOT can reach out to me if they want to see the refund my bank sent me for reporting you as fraud as well as the original invoice dated April 21,2020 . Nah I just read the terms of service if I don't include the invoice my review can be removed as not being legit. So the invoice number is 22789. Canceled June 25 . No money was returned after I cursed out Kevin and he promised to take care of it . When I called again before reporting them as fraud he was telling me to contact accounting. No . I'm not contacting anyone else involved with your company. You're fraud PERIOD . No response after including the order number? Just what I thought . Deny I'm a customer I told you what would happen if I didn't get my money back from you. I will keep updating this and post 1 star reviews on every website I can post it on

Jay South admittedly is not a customer. Respectfully this response is not entirely true anyway., It is true that COVID has put massive strains on the handling of our business. What isnt true is 100% of our reviews within since March 2020 are not 100% fraud. To be honest we have no defrauded anyone or we wouldnt even be in business. We have had more complaints during the COVID epidimic then normal and it has been difficult to manage yet we continue to remain in business and serivice our customers.. not eveyone is completely been satisfied but vast majority have and we continue to remain solvent and refund our customers who cannot wait..
I repeat, we will continue to service and sell customers for another 17 years. This person can't even admit who they may or may not be.

Happy with the transmission

The transmission took a while to get here because of them being backordered is what they told me. I had to call the company a couple of times, but everyone was very friendly. Transmission came packaged very well and looked good other the a few dents on the transmissions pan. Got it installed and it runs good. If I needed another 4l60e this is the company I would buy it from... Thanks

Run don’t walk! Do not do business here!!!!

Run don’t walk! Never got my transmission after weekly promises it was never even built! Now after months of promising refund never got that either! Do not do business here!!!! Now there reply is I never did business there! I have a invoice and a extended 10 yr warranty due to them saying sorry for the delay. Update after my credit card company took over for me I was issued a full credit! But they say I never did business there? Hum

What we mean is your name just says Kim... Look at it. We have over 100 people named Kim. In order to help you will need to mention an invoice number or full name something or we cannot help. That's fair to ask. We've been in business for 17 years and continue to thrive. Also, our transmissions on top of dealing with this Virus situation are in high demand and sometimes certain year's can go on back order. In saying that I repeat Respectfully that we need more then the name Kim to help. That's all I was saying.

I ordered my item January 19th

I ordered my item January 19th, I was told it would be shipped in 7 to 10 days. Today is February 1st and it still hasn't been shipped and I'm finding it impossible to get a hold of anyone there.

Worst day ever ... Saved by Kevin K. An Got All Auto

First of all I've never written a review . Water heater went out wrecked my Holden Commodore an my Tahoe transmission went out all in three hours .
Found a trans online sent a info request Kevin got back to me in minutes . We spoke for few min in online chat an then we had a 30 min phone call . He informed me about the how they do things and the rebuild .
I went ahead with my order under 1000 dollars with a converter , free shipping No Core charge 5years unlimited mile warranty .
I had the trans installed an 30k later an two trips to Mississippi from Ohio she smooth as butter and is everything i expected .
I had my original trams rebuilt in town here for 1200 an it didnt last 21,000 miles the guy wouldn't do anything for me because it was 3 days past 12 month warranty an 500 miles past the mileage warranty.
Thank god i found Kevin an GotAllAP . He absolutely did me right .
I will never waste money on a in town rebuild i will call got all ap every dam time .
Thanks again to all the people at Got All AP .

Bought a transmission from here

Bought a transmission from here. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 is because they didn't send me a new torque converter with it, and the tranny pan was dented in but who knows could've been shipping's fault. Just reused my old pan and they're reimbursing me for the torque converter. Transmission works as it should so far after 500 miles of driving. Customer service was very good with me too. Price was very fair. Overall happy with my purchase, would recommend to anyone.

We ordered a transmission and they took…

We ordered a transmission and they took the money out of my account right away. Never once did I receive any other email containing any information other than my order was received. I waited a week and called and they told me it would take 7-10 days to ship. It’s been 19 days and I still haven’t received any email or anything.

Don't trust their warranty

I ordered a transmission from this company for my truck. while it did arrive quickly(one of the only things they did right) it failed before a year was even up. On their website it claims a 5 year unlimited warranty.. after almost a year of trying to get a replacement from them it still has not happened. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They will tell you ANYTHING to get you off the phone when you call asking for the status of your warranty.. week after week always something like "It's slated for Fridays truck", "We are testing out a unit for you right now" blah blah blah.. these people WILL lie to you. They even claimed I was trying to get a free transmission out of them by keeping the one that broke.. when the people in their office confirmed that they send it first. they told "We will send you a replacement, then you send us the broken unit for failure analysis". if you value your time and money, avoid buying from Got All Auto Parts.

Not sure who Michael is. No last name no order number. In saying that we went to 5 year warranty in January 2018. There is no reason why we wouldn't warranty a one year old product. Our business was founded in December of 2012 under Got all Auto Parts. If this particular person is a real customer, they must in fairness recognize that 1. We did our job right because if a shop installed the transmission and said it was OK and charged you and released the vehicle. If a year later or whatever something failed, then customer would owe for a freight charge and be entitled to receive a replacement if it is a stocking unit. It is difficult for me to read this and believe that everything here is the way it really happened. In saying that, customer can call us at (989)891-9212 and ask for Kevin and we can see if we can help them per the policy. Otherwise if this person is not an actual customer please disregard this entire review.
This person is the mechanic for Chris Toothacre out of North Carolina. They refuse to pull transmission and allow us to inspect, and repair or replace it ... Therefore it has taken a while in order to assist this customer because they are not following our in store policy contract which it was purchased under or we could have had this done by now.. We will still assist

Got the best deal on a engine from…

Got the best deal on a engine from Henry came all the way from Detroit to get this engine for my 2009 Charger that thw other yards had that were way more expensive and more miles. It was worth the travel to Got All Auto Parts

Horrible place to order from!

I will NEVER order anything else from these people! I ordered a transmission and transmission cooler from them on September 27 2019. I called them the next Friday to find out if my order was shipped or to get information as to when it would be shipped. The woman told me that it would be 7-10 business days before it would be shipped. Cool deal I will just wait until it gets here. The next week went by NOTHING.....The week after still NOTHING, so on the next week which was on a Tuesday I decided to call them to find out where the hell my transmission was since it was well past the 10 day mark. I talked to this woman and she claimed she couldn't find my order, even after I gave her my order number. She then passed me off to the manager named Kevin, and after about 10 minutes he found my order. Come to find out Jennifer did not do her job and just tossed my paperwork under a bunch of papers on a desk. He told me "I know you are irritated,but we are a good honest company and we will figure it out." Ok fine I am irritated because it's been weeks and I still haven't received my order yet! He told me to call him the next day, which was on Wednesday to make sure my package was getting shipped out. On Wednesday, I called to see if it was getting ready to be shipped, and the woman told me that from what she could see it was. Fast forward to Friday I called them to get a tracking number and to find out who it was coming by, and Kevin tells me that my order was NOT shipped out still because there was a delay, which means that Jennifer did not do her job again!!! It was suppose to be one day shipping, but i did not receive my transmission until yesterday October 22 2019!!! The transmission was correct and fine, but i did not get my transmission cooler, so I called back this morning on October 23 2019 to find out where it was and the woman tells me they don't ship it together because it will get damaged(which I understand). I now have to wait a whole 4-6 days before that comes in and I didnt even receive a tracking number on that either!!! These people need to do better with communicating with their customers as far as emails with tracking numbers or even to let them know the status of their order!
