Out of all the companies I have ever…

Out of all the companies I have ever deal with by far this has been the worst. I found them on a website that stated a 5-year unlimited mile warranty comes with their transmission. I contacted them in Feb. 2019 and they put me on a list to send me a transmission for my 2001 Ford Ranger. Around March 29th. I was notified that the transmission would be sent out and I was billed. When I received the transmission my mechanic notified me it was the wrong transmission. I notified the company and was told they would send a new one off the shelf within a week. That never happened. I continued to contact them numerous times and they would always say they were testing or doing this and that, giving me the run around.
This went on until May. After I continued to contact them they finally made a decision that they would take my transmission and rebuild it. The only problem I had with my transmission is that it would jump out of drive into neutral. They finally picked my transmission up on June 4th and within two weeks I received the transmission back. Only to find out they did not send a torque converter with it. They asked me to purchase one myself and they would reimburse me. That never happened.
My mechanic put the transmission in and the very next morning I drove my truck it did the same thing it did before they rebuilt it. I again contacted them and was told they would send me a new transmission within a week. That never happened. Again I continued to contact them only to be put on hold, lied to and be given the run around. After numerous calls they got a nasty attitude and told me to stop calling and that I would not get a transmission this week and they did not know when and would let me know. This was around Sept. 19th. I called back on Sept. 25th and informed them this would be my last call to ask them to take care of this issue. I was told by Friday I would have a transmission and I said if I do not receive it by Friday my own transmission would go into another shop to be rebuilt. Of course I did not receive it or my money back. My transmission went into another shop to be rebuilt on Oct. 1st and I was back on the road by the end of the week. I lost a lot of money dealing with this company. I had to pay twice to put a transmission in and twice to take it out and was without my truck for 7 months.

Mr. Davis is a good man. He had multiple problems with this one and not sure they were all our fault but in the end we did the right thing. Sorry it wasn't exactly the best you expected Mr. Davis. Call me if there is anything else I can do.

Poor Service, Good Transmission

Even after multiple calls & emails to the company, I could not get answer of when the transmission I ordered would be delivered. Finally after getting in contact with a supervisor, I did receive delivery (about 1 month after paying for the order)

Transmission: 4 stars
The transmission was in good physical condition upon delivery. It shifts a little firm for my liking, but it is functioning well.

this company is a joke we waited two…

this company is a joke we waited two and a half weeks for a transmission called multiple times with no response ,finally got in touch with them and they said it was on backorder so we cancled the order and now it has been two weeks waiting for a refund and they said it wasnt posted yesterday so it wont be till the first .i lost a customer from this and i am out $1250 bucks i had to return to them .wont ever do buisness with them again

Worst experience ever I've been doing…

Worst experience ever I've been doing Auto work 35 + yrs these are the worst people to deal with they sell you crap with a long warranty hoping that you just give up ... Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else you could be next

This customer has the transmission we provided in his vehicle. He refuses to allow us to pick it up so that we can refund him in good faith. We cannot allow a customer to receive a product, install it, and get a refund. If customer wants their money back we will pick up the product at our expense and refund the money but we have no way of being able to do that while he still has the product in his vehicle. not sure what company in the world would allow to keep product and money.

I ordered a transmission and can't get…

I ordered a transmission and can't get any shipping or tracking information. I have made repeated attempts to get the information but no luck whatsoever. I'm a larynx cancer survivor and can't speak and I still can't get any help.

I ordered a transmission for a ford…

I ordered a transmission for a ford wind star got it for 200 dollars less than it was advertised for, so far it is working great haven't had any problems with it at this time I would do business with them again and recommend them.

What good does a broken transmission do me anyways? They say this benefits me, but how? Damaged core that was clearly painted over, missing the ear to mount my shift linkage completely and painted over, clearly not in shipping, but again READ THE GOOGLE REVIEW. I would be more than happy to also post the messages from Kevin whom I stopped talking with after he sent me garbage and couldn't fulfill the promised replacement. He was the first to commit to the empty promises, then the trend continued. Kevin just called and called me a liar and hung up. PLEASE READ THE GOOGLE REVIEW. I have added the text conversation from Henry to the photos. After Kevin couldn't get me a transmission that was uninstallable and told to install it anyways, i was passed to Kelley, then Henry said he makes those calls. THEY OPENLY PROMISE ME A REPLACEMENT ON GOOGLE.

Where do I even start with this place. I was right in the fact that they can't deliver on promises. Between Kevin who said he was the man to get things done, Kelley who said she could, then Henry said he would. I have now spent over 4 months in this process and tried to keep thing civil. I was given false information and tracking numbers belonging to other people. I have provided the messages between myself and the staff at a-transmissions and GotAllAuto, BUYER MUST BEWARE. This company is full of people who are committed to feeding you lies! I know have to start all over in the process because these guys can’t stand behind their promises.
Update: Finally got my refund after days of waiting. Now just to see if they fulfill the rest of the promise by sending me a transmission I can actually use.

More updates: Still waiting on the return of my funds. Was told it would be completed 2 days ago and still has not happened. They say they want to make things right, but I am feeling as though this was just another promise they can't fulfill so they keep procrastinating and creating excuses. Please continue to follow up daily with this review until this issue is resolved.

Update yet again: I will be sure to keep this post live and well. After sending photos of the transmission I was sent with a large crack in the bell housing and missing mounting brackets, I was told I would be getting my money back due to the garbage I was sent. It has now been over 48 hours and NO REFUND. At this point in time, i have been continuously mislead and lied to more than any person should be when dealing with a professional! Please see the photo's of the transmission I was sent and told to h ave installed!

UPDATE: Finally after 2 MONTHS of waiting, my transmission arrived. I get it all unwrapped just to find out ITS CRACKED! I feel robbed and now wish I would have NEVER committed to waiting! The team here was great at over promising and excellent at under delivering.

I ordered my transmission more than 5 weeks ago. I have been promised so many times that it will ship "tomorrow" that I am pretty sure i'm just going to be out a few thousand dollars! Extending car rentals based on promises this company cannot keep!

Update: Was promised daily contact now that we are going on the 2 month mark. Kevin keeps promising that it will ship, but he fails to deliver time and time again! I have now spent more money on car rentals and this transmission than it would have been to buy new. At this point there is no turning back. BUYER BEWARE

I am Kevin and haven't spoke with Mr. Brown in Months. I did assist with delivery of transmission he wished to wait for. When he received it there was a crack in a support bracket mount. We refunded the customer 100% purchase price and allowed him to keep the remanufactured transmission that was received by him . Mr. Brown spoke with Kelly and stated he didn't want to deal with me that was over 4 months ago, when I truly was helping him to receive that transmission he received so since then I haven't even spoke with him he has been dealing with one of our managers Henry. ( So lets set that record straight) I am not sure what he was expecting after that point of speaking with Henry. I do know this particular customer has a remanufactured A518 46RE that he sent pictures of it cracked. They received it off the truck that way is what he stated. So ANYONE AND EVERYONE WHO READS THIS REALIZE THIS - THIS PARTICULAR CUSTOMER HAS A REMANUFACTURED TRANSMISSION FOR HIS TRUCK AND 100% OF HIS MONEY AND HIS CORE - AND APPARANTLY IS WAITING FOR ANOTHER REMANUFACTURED TRANSMISSION???????????? He did not speak with Kevin about that I do know he was dealing with a manager here named Henry. Not sure where he was wronged entirely here. READER BE THE JUDGE. BESIDES LOOK AT ALL REVIEWS OUT OF OVER 70K CUSTOMER ORDERS. Thanks
5-22-19 REFUNDED THE CUSTOMER $899 BALANCE OF REFUND HE WAS ALREADY REFUNDED $200 AND ALLOWED HIM TO KEEP THE TRANSMISSION

7-29-19 UPDATE - all we said is that Mr. Brown unloaded a transmission from a semi truck and received it .. Only to later say a mount tab was broke off. it is a useable component. The transmission is remanufactured like new inside. We gave him 100% of his money back and let him keep the transmission. Its that simple.. That;s all we said.. He has money and a remanufactured transmission that he can work with... Period. If that was me I know that the company didn't rip me off yet realized i was disatisfied but still acted in good fiath...

12-7-19 We shipped Brandon another remanufactured transmission and refunded him. In the end we did the right thing. These 2002 are one year only and very difficult to find at a wholesale level. thanks

THINK AGAIN!!!!

Ordered transmission on 5/21/19. Finally received the transmission on 06/20/19 but missing torque converter and cooler. The transmission itself looks like it been sitting out in the elements for months. They spray painted the case silver and the bell housing is all pitted. There is rust all the way around the bottom where the pan is. It looks like it was pulled out of a junk yard, spray painted, and shipped. The transmission pulled out of my car looks in better condition than the one this "business" sent. This company has committed multiple FTC violations. We barely received the additional required parts and have not completely installed the transmission. Update, the spline is 3/4" longer than what it is supposed to be so drive shaft doesn't fit. The transmission may be the correct model but this transmission is clearly not for a Silverado. The torque converter wasn't even ordered until 6/24, I have the invoice that came with the shippment so get your facts straight.

This April Graham ordered on 5-21-19 and received her product on 6-20 and torque converter on 6-25-19... Our units are fully remactured like new with all oem u pdates. Her comments respectfully are just not true. I can provide a video of an actual remanufacturing process live from our line and video of how we process. She has the transmission now I am sure it is in and working fine and just hasn't updated her review to be quite honest. This is not a reflection of our reviews or facts about our product quality
