The sizing is all small. The quality of the material is absolutely terrible. I was enquiring about a return, and was informed the item had to be returned back to China. I got an X Large jacket, and it would just about fit a 10 year old child. The “ wool” coat was 100% polyester, and badly wrinkled, I’ll have to be prepared for static shocks every I might want to wear this basically “ plastic” coat. Don’t be fooled into thinking you’re getting a bargain. You won’t be. TRUST ME!!!!! Never again!!!!!

The dress I ordered was supposed to be velvet. When it arrived it was not velvet but was some thin synthetic material with no nap and felt very cheap. When I reached out the the company they only offered a 40% discount on my next purchase- no return. I would not have paid $20 for the dress I got but it was $60 and supposed to be on sale. Very disappointed and it appears I have no recourse at all.

Shipping came super fast, box packed tight no damage. Fit spot on my size, wore it first night out. Felt legit quality right away, buddies jealous already. Happy repeat buyer here.

Man, I snagged this classic cotton t-shirt from Goth N' Rock and it's a staple for my goth wardrobe now. The soft fabric feels premium against the skin, draping just right without clinging too tight, and it pairs killer with my ripped jeans or leather pants. I've rocked it to a couple concerts already, headbanging all night with zero fading or shrinking after washes, and the subtle dark print pops under stage lights for that edgy vibe. Seriously, if you're into alternative style, this tee delivers confidence and durability every wear.

Buyer beware. I ordered a beautiful wool coat. What arrived was a cheap ugly coat that was synthetic. Though their site does say returns are accepted, like other comments, there is a restocking fee and the return cost is your responsibility. It goes to China which ends up costing too much to really even bother. I refuse to take the store credit and believe it's bad energy to keep a credit for the sake of it. Don't shop here. It's not worth your time and money.

AVOID this company! I ordered 2 pairs of jeans for my daughter at a cost of £165. They didn't fit so I started the return process on the 1st Jan 2026. 23 days later, having sent 9 emails I finally receive the return details. I need to send the jeans back at my cost to China, plus they will deduct a restocking fee of $8 per item. Given the terrible customer service I don't even trust I will receive the money back. Terrible company, do not buy from them unless you are confident you will not need to make a return.

The item arrived and wasn’t what I expected based on the photo but quality seemed fine. I contacted them for a refund, received one reply and have been ghosted ever since. The customer service is non-existent and I have no way of returning my item as the direction given is simply to contact them.

I ordered a jacket and it looks nothing like the picture shown. The fabric which is supposed to look like leather is rubbery and cheap. Fit is terrible. They say they offer returns, but then they tell you that they have to be sent overseas, and it would be too expensive ( since the customer has to pay to send it back), and they offer40% off another item. Are they KIDDING? This company should be banned. Total scam.

The material quality is not great. but the main problem is the refund. You have to send the package at your expenses to somewhere in China, which means the refund will be scooped by the transport...

I tried to do a purchase from the shop, but my item was not in stock. support got in touch with me proposing to choose something else from the store, but I have chosen refund. Money was not returned to me, I keep sending emails to support, but checking those comments situation doesn't seem to be positive.
I encourage everybody to report on this website everywhere, where possible so that this organization could be fined and closed.

Did not get all the merchandise I ordered. What I did receive was NOT what it looked in photos. VERY SMALL!!!! Looks like kid's clothes. Nothing fit. And I am having a hard time returning and getting refund for what I did receive and they are NOT helping with what I did NOT receive! HORRIBLE COMAPNY!!!!

Ordered a jacket which took ages to be delivered. Had to email them several times to chase the order. When it finally arrived it was creased, not the quality I expected compared with the picture on their website. When I messaged them I was ignored. No reply. Nothing. Bad quality item. Rubbish well actually non existent customer service! Do NOT order from this company!
