The products are made with poor-quality materials, and the jackets are excessively large in size. I would not recommend them.

I ordered a belt from them. The ordering system on Facebook is very confusing-having purchased a belt at discount, it took me back to the pay now page (and sometimes this is to just confirm purchase) so pressed it and it ordered a second belt. I immediately emailed their support email to stop it-I got a generic reply of they aim to reply within 24 hrs ( their website advertise 7 days a week support) and heard nothing back- followed up on the email and still heard nothing-I got a confirmation email that the item was being shipped but they chose to ignore my message-I then went on contact them on their website and sadly by then they had shipped the belt and told me nothing they could do-but they could have if they had answered my email as it was sent immediately after the order was placed-so to let you know they are scamming me as I now have to pay for a return and they will take £4 off me for that-I would give zero stars if I could because this is very very poor customer service

However, I ordered a bag and top and the quality was shocking!

The top was scratchy, see through and stuck together by the terrible print.

The bag has half sprayed gems, exposing cheap plastic and the handles can't handle anything more than lipstick. Both break, snap or unhook. Honestly absolute sh!te.

The customer service - I can return at my own expense to China, or, I can have money off another purchase. A partial refund was suggested by myself and I have been ignored. They clearly don't care about their customers either.

It is Temu crap at higher prices and even worse customer service.Don't waste your time or money.I get better quality at SHEIN and much better service. At least SHEIN appreciate things can go wrong and will replace or refund without additional expense to the customer

Ordered late, arrived next week perfect timing. Wore to gig, stayed comfy dancing hours. No weird smells or loose threads, washes easy too. Site easy to use, no hassle.

I bought a pair of super cool red leather pants. After waiting with a ton of excitement, the shipment arrived after almost a month. I wore the pants to a party and the leather literally disintegrated within 2 hours of me wearing them. Thankfully the pants have a layer underneath so my skin wasn't exposed.

I tried to contact their support and they did reply but they wouldn't take any responsibility for the bad quality. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. IT IS EXPENSIVE AND TERRIBLE

As a tall dude hunting men's trench coats, this one fits like it was tailored for giants. Quality is beyond shit. Stay FAR away from this company. You'd be better off buying random stuff of Temu.

I gave a one star only because you have to to leave a review. Half my order didn't come, so I finally received that a month and a half later. The quality is honestly a downgrade to temu with alot bigger price. They send you cheap knockoff that look nothing like the pic you are ordering. A dress I bought looks like a cheap nightgown and the shirt that finally came I threw in the trash, it looked like a rag. The purse was suppose to be leather, but does not look like leather at all. This company is a scam, save your money!

Okay, just to be clear. I ordered several items and the whole process was extremely difficult from the start. The delivery was very badly organised and delayed. I only received part of my order, and the items I did receive were the worst quality imaginable. Wrong sizes, very cheap materials, nothing like the pictures shown on the website.

On top of that, two items were never delivered. They arrived late, during the Christmas period, and were sent back without my consent. Now I am being asked to pay again to have them delivered, and they are refusing to refund me for items I never received.

This has honestly been the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I would absolutely not recommend this company. Do not waste your money on low quality products and do not waste your time, because if anything goes wrong, they take no responsibility and offer no real solution.

I have made an order and some items arrived either defective or not at all like the picture or size was too large. I have asked for a return of those items (some worked though the quality is not top but I wanted to keep them) and they replied:

I have replied that I would like to return anyways since the items did not work out for me and have asked about the address and return process as well as the price. They have never answered. I kept asking and sending mails, around 14 emails in total and they never replied.
THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THERE. The quality is not good and the products are not like the pictures. I could have bought the same items at waaaaaayyy less expensive on other websites.

I didnt receive the leather jacket i ordered. They sent me a poor quality Hoodie instead that its not even on their website. SCAM

Super cheap and most likely took a beautiful black gothic shirt from a real place and advertise it like their own.china maybe India the graphic was printed on the material , I send them a email and said I could find something better at Walmart ! It’s not even worth 2$ and I paid almost a 100$ on sale for that shirt.its a Scam .

Package arrived, but no order summary or information was included. When I contacted the support email within days of receiving the package, I have been totally ghosted. No response whatsoever. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

The sizing is all small. The quality of the material is absolutely terrible. I was enquiring about a return, and was informed the item had to be returned back to China. I got an X Large jacket, and it would just about fit a 10 year old child. The “ wool” coat was 100% polyester, and badly wrinkled, I’ll have to be prepared for static shocks every I might want to wear this basically “ plastic” coat. Don’t be fooled into thinking you’re getting a bargain. You won’t be. TRUST ME!!!!! Never again!!!!!
