Got a great part that worked well! I purchased "HP Spectre x360 15-ch011dx 15.6" i7-8550U 1.8GHz MX150 2G Motherboard L15573-601", which was a replacement for my laptop's motherboard. My laptop was randomly shutting off, and this new board fixed that issue permanently. The price was also good. Overall, I'm very happy. I felt bad that this website had such poor reviews on TrustPilot, so I am posting at least my positive experience.

This seller went above and beyond to ensure a flawless transaction. The item arrived exactly as pictured and described, in perfect condition, and well-packaged to prevent any damage during shipping. Communication was top-notch—quick and friendly responses to all my questions. Shipping was incredibly fast, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. It’s clear that this seller values their customers and provides excellent service. I would not hesitate to buy from them again. A truly 5-star experience!

So i ordered an old dell latitude e5500 laptop from there and everything went pretty good on the order process until one day i asked what was my order number because my number didn't show up on the receipt and then the next day they just randomly canceled and refunded my order so i tried calling them multiple times but they never answered.

Got exactly what I asked for, no surprises, came in 3 days.

They asked me twice to send extra payment for shipping so I cancelled the order as it seemed like a scam and even if it was not it was very unprofessional. Be warned.

I ordered a laptop keyboard that had the parts i needed. Everything went smooth and on shipping page i selected the 2nd day Air UPS shipping. Great. It was around 13$.
2-3 hours later i received a notification telling me the shop prepared the shipping label so went to the UPS tracking page and there is saw it is 3rd day shippin option??
I than sent a message to them why is there 3rd day selected when i paid for 2nd day(becaude 2nd day delivery is friday and the other option is Monday and i am not home after Saturday hence i urgently needed it delivered on FRIDAY)
The funny argument they provided is, well we didnt update the prices on our website so we decided to ship you with 3day because it is 10$ more expensive
What?
First of all, they didn't even ask me like, hey alen we are sorry, there is a mistake, would you like to pay 10$ more?
They just changed it by their own will and to be honest, if i was in charge of the business i would pay that 10$ mistake from my own pocket.
Than i said a don't want a refund but my product. They didn't answer a single message, just canceled and refunded...
