You can count on Integrity from this App!

This is an update to a previous review that I wrote! I believe I might have been a little impatient when first writing my previous review; as it appears for the most part this company does honor most of the submissions - I believe the small glitch might be in the bot they use. If you are truly looking to get cash back and have a wide selection of choices - give Aisle Rebates a try; I do not think they will disappoint!

False advertising

False advertising. Do NOT sign up with them, it is not worth it!

It started off pretty well-- I got to try lots of really cool products and got a refund from the companies through Aisle. Randomly though, I started having issues with the app. I couldn't click "claim daily offer," could not get through to different companies to submit receipts, and their support text line seemed to have blocked me.

I emailed a few times and got a copy and paste response. Mind you, I had signed my name on my email and they responded with "Dear Customer." I called them out for this, mostly because they claimed I had forged receipts and/or used too many deals. Is that not the whole point of the app?

I'll be reporting them to the BBB and CFPB. They are an absolute scam. Don't think customer service will help you. They won't.

Zero customer service

I was abruptly locked from my account without explanation. When I log in I get a red message saying "cannot sign you up so email support*gotoaisle.com (where *=@) I've done this over 10 times and never get any reply nor response after a MONTH of frustration and waiting. I've also tried filling out the form on their website a few times. The customer service is absolutely horrible being non existent. I do not appreciate being ignored while they falsely advertise how simple it is to use when it is not. I am owed money from them and multiple problem resolutions. I will update this if I ever hear from them. Also filed complaint with Better Business Bureau where they also have a bad reputation.

Very poorly run discount/rebate…

Very poorly run discount/rebate program.
Customer service is not a high point. It takes more time to attempt to get the featured rebate than what it is worth. They need to turn off their A I bots and go back to "eyes on" processing of submitted receipt images.

Obstructive and Useless

They are managing the rebates for Saranac beer. Each time that I submit a rebate I get a response rejecting the submission and then I have to email customer service to have it addressed. And each rejection is based on a reason not in their terms and conditions.

It started off pretty good then not…

It started off pretty good they were only late with one payment and now they keep giving me customer service emails and not paying me and it's taking me almost a month I think since my purchase to get the money. Their customer service team does not respond in a timely manner! It's actually not great?????****####

The single worst company of its kind!

They falsely accuse people of breaking their terms of service. It's far from an isolated case, check the reviews under Trustpilot, search online "Gogoaisle suspended" you'll find everyone talking about this. They told me I made multiple accounts and received rebate for same item more than once, but they don't accept VOIP numbers and only other number I have is a VOIP number so technically it's not even possible for me to get 2 functional gotoaisle accounts! They falsely accused me of doing something that's not possible to do. I even offered to pay them for whichever product I allegedly got rebate for more than once provided evidence, they ignored me.

A friend also complained that after she sent her rebate receipt, they stopped responding to her. It's the same story all over the internet and on Reddit every time, they make up an imaginary story about breaking ToS, block you and I can only imagine pocket the rebate amount. This's a dishonest company and any brand reading this should avoid them at all costs. There're better companies for offering rebates and they're honest. Had I only bothered to check online reviews, I would've never accepted their "offers", yet here we're. I'm writing this review so especially brands and after brands, consumers don't make the same mistake. I'll be filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau® and Consumer Protection Bureau as well. I implore you to check their Better Business Bureau page, currently 32 complaints, mostly gone unanswered and complaining about the same thing.

This company is falsely accusing everyone of being a deceptive scammer, however it's not all of us complaining about the company on every website here are the scammers, it's the company who's scamming innocent people out of rebates.

Disrespectful and Arrogant Customer Service

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Aisle. My account was banned without any prior notice or explanation. To make matters worse, there was no way to understand the reason for the ban, and when I reached out to their customer service team, I was completely ignored.

This lack of transparency and respect for users is unacceptable. It feels like the company treats its customers with arrogance rather than care. If Aisle expects to build trust with its users, they need to drastically improve their communication and accountability.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise any brands to not collaborate with Aisle, as they clearly fail to value their relationships with users.

Awful company that absolutely doesn't…

Awful company that absolutely doesn't care about customers/people. Their system is so glitchy and locks you out of your account without any valid reasons. I had to reach out to them multiple times for them to unlock my account. When I asked for an explanation for why this kept happening and also for a permanent solution so I didn't have to keep going through this, they completely IGNORED me. A few bucks saved here and there is NOT WORTH the annoyance, not to mention I'd rather not support a business like this that doesn't actually care about people or doing right by them. Stay away from this awful company!

block randomly & without explanation

They block you for no reason, just state you violated their terms. They won't explain further, won't take proof of every item and receipt in your house, etc. Just block you for hundreds of companies that want your support! I wrote reviews, all positive as I found great things, on many of them too!
