Great scooter, easy purchase

It was easy to compare products on the GoTrax website, and to complete the checkout process. The scooter took a bit longer than advertised to arrive (it shipped quickly, but transit was slow right after Christmas). But, the scooter is fantastic and my son loves it! Easy to assemble and operate. Very pleased with my purchase!

Nailed it

Nailed it! - when ordering replacement parts, there's nothing worse that trying to find the exact part. I sent an email to support with the model e-scooter and they quickly identified the parts I needed, they also shared how to videos on replacing the two parts and sent a 10% off to use while ordering those parts!!

DO NOT PURCHASE A SCOOTER FROM THESE…

DO NOT PURCHASE A SCOOTER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! I bought two scooters. In less than a week, both of the back tires were shredded. Of course the tires are not under warranty… According to the professional mechanic who assisted me in trying to change the wheels, this is due to bad design and poor material quality. Additionally, changing the tires is nearly impossible for the average person.
THE ONLY THING THESE SCOOTERS WILL GIVE YOU IS A HEADACHE AND REGRET!

This company is a scam avoid at all costs! I ordered a hooverboard on 13th March as a present and they sent a tracking number which was invalid. Sent multiple emails to their contact email with no response till date. Really HORRIBLE

Terrible after-sales service and warranty.

My scooter's wheel is locked up. I called them, they sent me an email, and I haven't received a response since then. It's been four days since I started writing and I still haven't heard back.

Terrible customer service and support

I purchased a Fritz16 invoice # 418675 in and around July 29th 2025 for my son’s birthday/ Christmas present. We finally received the bike and so excited. We set it up and noticed the front shock was leaking and the brakes screeched. They screeched so bad that the neighbors complained. Then the nightmare began… I contacted support numerous times by phone and by email. Then I waited and waited for whoever would get back to me. Finally they did and I ended up talking to 6-8 people over the duration. Nobody communicated with each other nor did the have any clue of what’s going on or didn’t care. thank God I kept the box!!! I sent the bike back. And after all the time, calls, confusion and emails we received a bike back. It is now September 21st 2025. Two months later. Brakes still screech. Terrible customer service!!! If I could have gave them 0 stars I would’ve.

Shipping/ebike

Extremely fast shipping—arrived within days! The bike meets expectations for the price, but one thing to note: the throttle is 'unlinked' from the PAS levels. This means the throttle gives full power even on PAS 1. I personally think linking them is a better safety feature to prevent accidental surges, but it's a trade-off for a budget-friendly bike. Compared to the other brand I'm still waiting on, Gotrax's delivery speed alone makes them worth it.

I also ordered a second ebike from another brand the same day. They were roughly the same price. That order still hasn't shipped. I debated about just ordering two from the same brand. I thought having two different brands might be better. I should have ordered two from Gotrax. Overall I'm happy with my experience with Gotrax

The online experience was quick and easy and the shipping was fast, but the parts that arrived didn’t match the original parts. The reflective stickers were red and not yellow. I know, not a big issue but it was something that I noticed.

Back up battery

Three years ago, I purchased my first e bike the Z4 GoTrax pro. Living in the urban desert, this ebike suites both paved city streets and rocky desert terrains. On a single battery charge, I could ride an hour with peddle assist lvl 1. I bought another battery to prolonged the desert breeze, with my Z4 GoTrax Pro.

My 5 year old son recieved the Gotrax…

My 5 year old son recieved the Gotrax wiggle cart as a Christmas gift. I can say pretty surely that he had more fun with it than any other present he has received. Living in the cold north, the electric motor allowed him a LOT of fun scooting around the house and doing laps around the dining room. We have a lot of kids so it did get beat up but when the rear wheel assembly broke from an older brother abuse, Gotrax was willing to send the replacement quickly. I highly recommend this scooter for age appropriate kids!

Stay as far away from the "Official"…

Stay as far away from the "Official" importer of GoTrax escooters as you can. They are ever present on Amazon. The product they import and sell is a great product, however their after sales customer service is abysmal. I upgraded my initial escooter to an Ares (which was not cheap). The sale and delivery was great. However, when had a flat tire and had to purchase a replacement, it became a nightmare. The parts were chronically out of stock. And after 6 months (yes, you read that right) when the tires came back in stock and I ordered them, both were malformed and wouldn't seat into the rim. As well, the two valve stems that were sent to me were straight stems not bent ones as shown on their website which made them 100% useless. When you call them, you get a clueless receptionist who tells you that all issues have to be handled online but can't tell you how to do that. WHAT??? Now it's 8 months since I haven't been able to use my scooter and they won't answer the phone or emails. TERRIBLE customer service. They do however send me 2-3 sales emails a day regarding upgrades. Insane. Thankfully, I have found a local shop who just signed on with GoTrax to import and service their escooters. They replaced my tires in 3.5 hours! Stay far, far away from this outfit in Plano, TX. The purchase on Amazon is easy, but you'll pay for it in spades when it comes to service. And GoTrax, before you post some snarky rebuttal to this review, understand that I have the time stamped emails I sent and won't hesitate to post them.
