Tube issues in the tires

We were so excited when we got the scooters from GOTRAX for all three of our kids, but we have had nothing but trouble with the tubes in the tires. We called about them because we had trouble immediately and they are not covered by the warranty and so we bought a new tube and replaced it and then the wheel went low again and we called again and they told us it was rubber debris/shavings inside the tire which has caused pin wholes in the tubes. Now we are having to replace the tubes for a second time.

BUYER BEWARE- I purchased the F1V2…

BUYER BEWARE- I purchased the F1V2 e-bike for my son as a Christmas gift. The front forks of the bike were broken and we were unable to even put the bike together. I called their customer service the next morning and was instructed to send a video along with pictures of the problem and was told I would hear back within 24 hours. After waiting with no response I called again and was told we should hear back soon and they were short staffed and behind on warranty claims. I have called and emailed countless times and have yet to hear back. I have been given the runaround and it has been almost one month with no response. We haven’t even been able to use the bike and it’s still in the box. I filed a complaint with my bank and the better business bureau. We still have not heard anything from Gotrax. I regret my purchase and would not recommend this company!!

Do it!

I’ve had nothing but the best experience with GoTrax. I ordered a folding e-bike and it arrived super quick. My bike helps me get around Dallas, and all of the bells and whistles are just the cherry on top. Get one, you won’t regret it!

Awesome electric scooters

We had 1 scooter for about a year and ended up getting a second, they are awesome! My husband and I love cruising around exploring with them! They are nice and easy to use and go a perfect speed! The bottom is easy to balance on and very comfortable to ride! Highly recommend checking them out! Also perfect for close commutes!

Awesome Tundra

This is an absolutely wonderful ebike. I love the step through design as well. Another wonderful feature is the lower speed setting so you can still get power at the 5 mph range (for riding alongside my doggo).

It's a very worthwhile purchase!

Unprofessional Customer Service

Alex was unprofessional and did not meet our request in a professional and satisfactory manner.

He was rude through email. In addition, as the customer, I should not be required to spend 20 minutes disassembling and assembling a scooter motor that broke 2 weeks into ownership. You replace the defunct product, you don’t further put out your customer base.

I will not be buying another Gotrax product.

Great customer service

Great customer service. They responded within 5 minutes of me sending the email. They got me the part, sent the invoice right away. And it was ordered and is shipping already. I'll definitely be purchasing more Gotrax products in the future

Gotrax is by far the worst "known"…

Gotrax is by far the worst "known" company I have ever worked with. My first order was flagged as fraudulent and I was told to contact a company that handles their fraud. No answer after many calls and then had to go in circles with Gotrax to get them to cancel the order. This was a gift for my son so I tried again. Order placed and 7 days later and $1,100 later, the order is still processing with no idea when it will actually ship. The agent was rude and hung up on me.

Like others this review covers the “customer service” GoTrax says they offer. Ordered a $1,000 model e-bike in early Nov 25’. The bike arrived in decent time but when going to assembly it I found it was defective with the front display/info screen scratched and the front tire wouldn’t seat into the fork because the frame was completely bent. After jumping through a bunch of hoops they stated they would exchange it. I shipped back with FedEx but the bike was lost upon arrival at GoTrax. A month goes by without hearing anything then I’m told a bike was being shipped back to me. I then received the incorrect color and model bike. Contacted “service” who said they were automatically “upgrading” everyone to this model because they oversold the model I bought. This was a $900 model and not at all an upgrade from the one I purchased. When trying to return via 20+ emails I realized there was no hope. I was told it would be months before I could get the proper bike I ordered, I decided to turn to reviews so here I am. Be very careful when ordering with this company as their customer service is absolutely non-existent and they don’t care about the consumer one bit!

Quick fix to a dud headlight

Battery is not holding charge

I heard great things about gotrax scooters so I purchased one and after my daughter using it for a week, the battery is dying super fast (like after a couple milies). I’m hoping customer service will replace it since it’s brand new and she just got it for Christmas!

Customer service blew me off and…

Your customer service blew me off and acted like the order was canceled and I didn’t feel good about it so I called back and talked to someone else. She assured me that the order had been canceled because I canceled the same day I ordered. I canceled the order within an hour and 38 minutes of ordering it I emailed twice I even emailed the CEO asking for it to be canceled and the charge reversed. No one would do that. I end up getting an email the next day you’re talking about how they shipped it so I called back and they said there was nothing that they could do so I would never buy from this company. I wouldn’t take anything from this company if they paid me, they’re the worst Customer Service the worst quality control the worst company I’ve ever dealt with.
