I shouldn’t need to purchase spare consoles because the Gotrax G4 product keeps breaking. I purchased two G4 scooter. Both had multiple failures during the warranty period. The part ordered I ordered to replace a warranty console (maybe 3 months old) because of the #3 error code on the display. I’ve put in several warranty issues since purchasing these. I am very upset about spending on that money on two scooter only to now have had 4-5 warranty issues and now forced to buy replacement parts, like a motor and now a console. All within 14 months of owning these poor quality scooters. Gotrax needs to do better. Oh, and you have to wait for weeks for part to become available - but they don’t factor that into your warranty period consideration. Just to bad Mr customer. Better luck next time you buy your kids 400 dollar scooters. So Gotrax get Zero stars in my opinion. I would never treat one of my customers like this if my product performed so poorly from initial use.

Since posting this review, which I should have written better, I was contacted by GoTrax.
The company was not happy once they learned about my experience. To help overcome the challenges with the scooters, GoTrax offered to replace one of them at no cost. I do appreciate GoTrax looking closely at my situation and stepping up to help resolve the matter. This really helps with restoring confidence within their company, and showcases their commitment toward customer satisfaction.

Had a battery issue with our scooter. Alex, from support, requested us to submit pictures and video proof along with a brief write up of the issue. After providing them with the pictures and video, a replacement battery was promptly sent.

Non-existent customer service
Non-existent customer service. This is my second scooter from Gotrax. I upgraded from a very inexpensive one to an Ares which I paid over $1000.00 for. I had a problem with the tires and stems out of warranty and promptly ordered them both. That was 6 months+ ago. The first order was cancelled after a month without notification because they were out of stock. No phone call, no email, nothing. I diligently monitored the website and as soon as they were back in stock on December 38th, I ordered two tires and two valve stems. On January 7th, I received the tires but no valve stems which means I can't use the tires I paid for. I promptly called the company and got a receptionist who stated that she thought that the stems would be sent out within a few days but she was unable to transfer me to parts, service, or a manager. She stated that everything is done by email and she promised to have someone reach out to me. That was 3 weeks ago and I have received no communication. I have tried reaching out via email but no response. And now, nobody even bothers to answer the phone. It is a shame because I really liked my scooter but it is useless without these parts. It is my recommendation that you not consider this company due to its inability to provide after sales support.

GoTrax - Amazing Product & Customer Service
The GoTrax Edge hover board is my daughter's absolute favorite. She uses it indoors for now & since she got it as a birthday gift, I have not seen her walk :)
When we had to contact the GoTrax customer support for something, the experience was fantastic there as well.
All in all, a great bunch of products included with great customer service.
