There were times when I couldn't connect onto the VPN

I am currently in China where all Western Expats use a VPN service. I opted for their services because of cost You get what you pay for sometimes. I dropped the service because it would not connect or slow connect then drop out after a few minutes This made it impossible to watch YouTube. The service might have been better before windows 10 maybe that is part of the problem. Oddly enough Betternet free works great on my S6

Does exactly what you expect it to do. Sure is nice to be able to use Gmail and such overseas.

It works great when it's really working. Often, however, it drops out after a short time, which is frustrating. So it is a very helpful tool, when it works.

Signed up for gotrusted for a recent trip to China. Worked great so long as I had a decent wifi connection. Would definitely use again.

I have not used for over 2 years yet I could not cancel it , the only way was by cancelling my credit card because Gotrusred kept charging me every month.

We signed up for GoTrusted in preparation for our last trip to China. While in China, it worked well. In the time since returning, I have tried to use it while on vacation or anytime accessing WiFi away from home. It is always hit or miss and frequently drops off. I will not be renewing.

Reasonable price and easy to use.

Unlike other services I have tried it was always easy to use and connections were never a problem.

I had very poor service in China. It worked on my iPhone but only minimally on my Macbook Air--the device I needed it the most. When I returned from China and tried to contact them for support, I was given not an option to get customer service support. I ended up canceling the service due to frustration of NOT being able to talk with someone (they don't offer phone support). If this company is serious about keeping customers, they should offer real person-person support.

Easy to use. Too little IP addresses.

The VPN worked fine, but it disconnects too often. It was too usual that I looked and saw that the VPN had silently dropped and I was navigating in the open again.

Works smoothly and does not slowdown the web surfing

Had subscribed for more than a year. It really irks me trying to spend 15 to 20 minutues conneting to Go Trust via Asia or other sites. In the end, I have to call it quits and find VPN express faster and more conveneint.

didnt get what i wanted or didnt have much a use for it because of circumstances, but the support and company is legitimate.
