My issue is that numerous episodes have no link for downloading or a variation of the same.

This was a good site but now it is rubbish. Their 'upgrade' prevents me from logging in due to the Captcha whch does not work. Dreadful.

Recently they have changed the whole design and a new version is released. I have purchased a diamond lifetime membership and it's working fine. They have a decent archive of Tv shows and Movies.

I have also been facing the same 500 Server Error for two weeks now. I sent an email to the address listed but I haven't received any feedback

I have been going back to the site every day to see if I can either watch or download the shows and tv series, but it's shown nothing but 500 service error. Don't know who I should contact to get some support to get this problem fixed.

Going downhill at a rate of knots, no updates, no service, no communication with users as to why. Looks like they will take the money and jump - probably soon. Grab the Beast was much better.

At first site worked great but now it keeps automatically charging my card monthly, then the redeem code doesn't work, can't get anyone to respond on the chat icon, and now all of a sudden my password doesn't work but yet it won't send the link to renew my password..

It was a great site when it works, but recently the notifications quit working and now for over two weeks no new shows have been updated or added. They never respond to service requests.

I have a premium account which allows me to open tickets for complaints on the site but so far going back over months now not one ticket has been responded to, they don't have a telegram channel, a sub-reddit, nothing and still they won't attend to complaints of wrong episodes, missing episodes or others. Its so stupid, it's like the premium isn't worth it. Customer care is zero

1.keeps freezing to the point I miss the end of my show.
2. Scroll down the guide to click on a show I want to watch and it changes to another show.

Terrible scam site. I signed up and paid for a Premium Account. Everything worked fine for 1 month. The day before my Premium Account was due to expire, money was taken from my bank account but my Premium Account was closed. I’ve tried contacting Gotytv to have my Premium Account renewed, but no response at all. Chat doesn’t work, emails go unanswered, and when you click on Help .... YOU NEED TO BUY A PREMIUM ACCOUNT TO GET ANY HELP!!!!!

How do I get the Premium Account I paid for nearly 3 weeks ago?????????

I started out having a download repeat issue, now I’m having a response issue, this site is not responding to me.

I love this site so much but one day i open it up and see there are no download links available.. nothing everything's gone..just like that..what is happening? The site is closed now or what?
