Disaster Averted
I was stuck in Seattle while my Visa was still processing and had to use this service to board my flight. Although the fee is painful, the service was excellent and immediate. I have booked a spontaneous trip to Vietnam in the Tet holiday. Didn’t know about the holiday, but apparently the government etc is closed for a week. It was very difficult to get a normal speed visa, go vietnam even though it was pretty expensive due to the Holliday 340 dollar, they gave me a discount which was nice, they provided me with a visa within 15 minutes. So the price paid of. Everything was arranged very well. With questions they responded very quickly and at the airport someone was waiting for me with a sign with my name on it very clearly and I was takes to get my visa stampend with no waiting time. I am very thankful for their help and service so quickly.

Found out I needed a visa application at the gate…
Found out I needed a visa application at the airport check in gate 30 mins before drop off closed (thought I could do it upon entry to Vietnam). I spent about 15-20 minutes looking at options and for websites before I found this site and got in contact through WhatsApp.
It was very expensive and felt overpriced but as soon as I called they were very helpful and fast at getting the information needed to and from me via email and WhatsApp, with 10 minutes left to check bags they got a visa application to me as soon as I approved after payment.
Would not have made it without their help. They have also arranged for someone to meet me at the airport (I didn't ask) to speed up and simplify the visa process once I arrive.
Great customer service and very efficient but quite expensive, although compares evenly to some of the other options I found. If you're travelling, book a week ahead!

Scrap my previous comment bellow, your service is appalling!
I left my partner and kids 1 year ago, returning to Australia to get urgent medical treatment for stage 4 cancer.
Since then I spent everything I have on a new passport airline tickets, visa and taxis to airport to see my partner and kids again.
Apron arrival I was detained and a very unhelpful visa agency representative told me I have no visa
I am now stranded in HCM airport and told I cannot enter the country and will be expected to get the next flight back to Australia- in 2 days
I hope you refund my visa cost of $450 for your FAKE visa

We would like to inform you that you did not receive " a fake visa" or "you did not have a visa" - your visa approval letter was first approval by the Immigration and we did send that to you, that's why you are allowed to fly to Vietnam, we also arranged our staff to assist you at the HCM airport (for free) but when you arrive the Immigration informed us that you have violation the regulation in the past while your stay in Vietnam so our staff can not (and does not allowed) to interfere with your Immigration procedure at the airport anymore. You overstayed your visa last time and The Immigration Department has the right to refuse entry to foreigners for a variety of reasons, even if they have a visa.
While we are sorry for your situation but we have to mentioned that we have also been charged not only 1 but 2 times (were-submitted your application again when we received the information from Immigration when you arrive at the airport that they denied you because you overstayed in Vietnam in the past) for your emergency visa.
We would like to inform you that we already refund you 100% of the total amount you paid for us since the Immigration denied you entry - which Objectively, your previous overstay and subsequent denial of entry was not our fault - but we refunded you the full amount anyway. Hope you understand the full situation of your case.
The refund might take longer than usual because today 13 Feb is the last working day of the Vietnamese bank since in Vietnam we have a Tet holiday from tomorrow 14 Feb till end of 22 Feb. We will keep you updated from 23 Feb.
If you are interested, we can also try to ask for the approval for your visa again with the Immigration and of course clarify with them again if you have explanatory paper for your overstay, do they guarantee to accept you to enter or not. This process will take a huge amount of money and a lot of paperwork but we only charge you with our standard fee x 50% discount off. Once again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and your experience with immigration procedures, and we hope you understand the situation. We wish you all the best.
