If you get into trouble with your Vietnam Visa, this service can save you. I made a mistake with my visa application and put a 0 instead of an O in my passport number so when I arrived at the airport mid-journey in LA, they wouldn’t issue me a boarding pass to go on. I was travelling with my family and really couldn’t wait the 3 days needed to get a new visa through official channels. This service is expensive but when compared with the alternative I was facing, it was well worth it. Jack looked after me. I was pretty stressed so he had to be patient but he guided me through the process using WhatsApp messenger and about 15 minutes after I finished the last step, I had a visa and a boarding pass and was able to join my family.
It is a transit visa and I still have to pick up the official visa after I arrive in Hanoi but it looks like it will be fine.

A day that started with a disappointment ended with a cheer
Today was one of the unforgettable experience for me as I was not allowed to board a flight to Vietnam due to the misprint of my name on the Vietnam visa. I contacted Asia Discovery Travel agency and they immediately responded to my request and guided me to obtain a fast track visa in less than 30 mins. I was able to catch my flight. Their service is very professional.

Really fast service
Really fast service, due to a change in my flight I had to get a visa in less than 24 hours and the team especially Steve was super helpful and made my stressful situation a lot less stressful. They arranged a letter so I could board my flight and then when I arrived in Hanoi and representative met me before immigration with a sign saying my name. From there he and his colleague finished the process and it was very fast.

Sali was a life safer for me - i noticed the night before my weekend flight to Hanoi that my e-visa didn’t go through and i panicked. Sali provided support via Whatsapp (in the middle of the night in Vietnam). Well a little confusion on our end with the visa situation with my youngest son his visa was late but we figured that we would be fine once leaving Phu Quoc as his visa came thru after our arrival in Phu Quoc ( visa free) well a trip to Bangkok as we had to leave the country things go worse I needed another visa to get back into Vietnam as mine was a single entry visa so panicked a little then contacted Goviet Visa thankyou team Sophia you made my stressful experience so easy they sorted an emergency visa out within 15 mins so I could travel back to the mainland with my youngest son to catch up with the rest of my family in DaNang once again thankyou Sophia 🙏👍

The airline did not accept my second passport for my traveling and I had to get visa 30 min before boarding for my first flight.
