We want to thank Godview for an exceptional experience. We highly recommend them!!!
Martha was amazing with her communication throughout the whole process. And Tania showed real professionalism and efficiency, going above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of.

Great Customer service

We didn’t end up purchasing a property through this estate agent, but I still wanted to leave a review because our experience was genuinely excellent. Stephanie was by far the most helpful agent we spoke to during our search. She really took the time to understand our needs, offered honest and insightful advice about the property market, and never made us feel pressured.

Her knowledge and professionalism stood out, and she was consistently supportive throughout the process. Even though we ultimately bought elsewhere, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Stephanie to anyone looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable estate agent.

We appointed Go View a couple of years…

We appointed Go View a couple of years ago to manage our block. Our experience with them has been mostly rather negative. Whilst their ability to co-ordinate maintenance and repairs is adequate, they have fallen down on a number of issues. They can't manage the block's accounts (they make numerous errors, don't understand basic bookkeeping resulting in the RTM directors taking over the accounting). They don't chase service charges. They don't understand building legislation and have been unable to advise us on key aspects of applicable legislation, and they are arrogant and rude. They say they work a lot on our block, but that is generally because of their own incompetence and poor decision making. It's been really woeful.

First Class Service - great experience!!

From start to finish in selling our property we experienced a professional efficient service.
From Stephanie placing our property on the market at the correct price, to feedback on every viewing, advice from Michael Bolger on considering different offers, and finally Helyn Collins on progressing our sale and keeping us informed. The whole process was speedy and smooth and we are very satisfied. Thank you Go View for a stress free experience.

The endless sale

My experience with GoView was very positive. I was both a buyer and a seller. The agents, especially my contact, supported me through many issues and was very supportive of the excessive, seemingly endless waiting times. I definitely recommend their work; I'm truly satisfied.

Special Thanks!

Special thanks to the Ealing GoView Team and to property manager, Abhishek for the proactive and involved engagement with mein identifying a suitable property. The search was challenging, requiring completion in four weeks due to impending travel and strong evidence of residential and investment value. Although we did not conclude on the search postponing it to a time when I returned, the customer focus, attention to detail and quality of information received was super and highly appreciated. THANKS! Frederick

I had a very positive experience

I had a very positive experience, dealing with Goview London. Michael Bolger was very professional and pragmatic, a pleasure to deal with.
This was a very protracted deal that took several months to complete. During this process I was looked after brilliantly by Helyn Collins in the Acton office. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She always kept me informed about what was happening, and her positive attitude was greatly appreciated.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Extremely disappointing and potentially unethical experience with Goview.

Beware of this agent - not that any are truly trustworthy

We approached Goview in May regarding a rental property in Ealing and clearly stated we had a small dog. They confirmed with the landlord that pets were acceptable before arranging a viewing. We viewed the property on Saturday and expressed immediate interest. We were advised by Tania to increase our offer to stay competitive, which we did—offering twice the minimum contract length plus a monthly pet fee.

Over the following days, we were repeatedly asked to raise our offer further, which we did again—offering three times the minimum term, a pet fee, and £50 above the asking price. On Thursday, we were told our offer was the best.

However, the property was then marked as 'Let Agreed' with no further communication. When we chased them, we were told (inconsistently) that the landlord was still "checking about the pet." The following Monday, we were told the landlord ultimately rejected pets.

This entire process wasted our time, emotionally misled us, and pushed us into competing offers under false premises. The agents showed no remorse or responsibility. We believe this was an attempt to artificially inflate offers with no proper vetting or clear communication.

Highly disappointed and would not recommend Goview to any prospective tenants.

Restored my faith in Estate Agents!

I cannot thank Stephanie and her team enough at Goview for helping to make the process of selling my house in Ealing go so smoothly. They were constantly available, answered emails incredibly promptly and always returned my calls.Stephanie was often answering me on a Sunday - I don't think she ever really takes a day off! In short, they did a really really good job and restored my faith in estate agents. Helyn, who handled everything after the offer had been accepted, also deserves a special mention. I exchanged on a Friday, which is her day off, and there she was, answering every email right up until the point of exchange. She really went above and beyond the call of duty. Special mention too to James, who showed people round and kept in constant contact with me in terms of feedback etc. I really felt they were all on my side. I believe GoView belongs to Donald Collins, who wrote me a personal email once everything had gone through. I've met him a couple of times and he strikes me as a thoroughly decent person who wants the best outcome for his clients.

MISLEADING INFORMATION BY EALING BRANCH

Bought a flat at flat 1, glebe court, grange road, london w5 5qw which was described as " good condition thought" and service charge £500. When I visited the flat it was tenanted by a couple with young children. In view of this , i assumed that everything was in good working order. However on moving in I realised some furniture and children's stickers on wall. No mains water to toilet, wash basin and shower. The bathroom/ kitchen were filthy . The kitchen light flickering and wiring to hall light faulty. No timer to combi boiler even thought they assured me there was one.Light fitting in storage broken. central heating hardly works even thought the thermostat is at 30 degrees. Mains tap to boiler jammed. Timber floor boards had scratches due to the seller's workmen dragging furniture out of flat. Prior to purchase, I was told verbally by James Furniss that before I move in it would be" deep cleaned". which never happened as the Sales Director wanted Donald Collins wanted documentary evidence . He also told me that the area sales manager Michael Bolger would contact me, which he never did. Prior to purchase Mike Bolger accepted my offer for the flat and later told me that the buyer of first floor had put in a higher offer. In desperation , I raised my offer. When I moved in the first floor owner told me he never put an offer to the ground floor flat. Then it dawned on me that Michael wanted a higher offer to expedite the sale to benifit the seller and Goview. I did not complain as it waste of time

Stay away from Flat 2, 23 Twyford Avenue, W3 9PY

GENUINE review for Flat 2, 23 Twyford Avenue, W3 9PYand I am using my real name of you need to contact! , serious misconduct of Agency manager Michael Bolger, Helyn Collins and the handling of a property located above
During my dealings with Mr. Bolger, I was subjected to threats when I informed him that I would be leaving reviews based on my experience with your agency. Specifically, he threatened to contact other estate agents to prevent them from working with me. I have email correspondence to substantiate these threats, which I am prepared to provide if necessary.
Additionally, I wish to address serious concerns regarding the misrepresentation of the property at 23 Twyford Avenue. Your agency advertised this property with misleading information regarding the lease terms. The property was presented as having a long lease of 900 years, which was confirmed to me verbally and through your marketing materials. However, after engagement with my solicitor, it became apparent that there were significant issues related to the share of freehold and lease terms, including a requirement to pay 10% of any rental income to the ground-floor unit. This was not disclosed upfront, and I believe this omission has led to multiple buyers, including myself, withdrawing from the purchase.
These actions have wasted a total of seven months of my time, and the property continues to remain on the market. The multiple price reductions and the withdrawal of buyers further substantiate my concerns.
I feel it is my duty to warn other potential buyers about this experience and would appreciate your immediate attention to resolve these issues. I trust that your agency will address these concerns seriously, as I am prepared to escalate this matter to relevant regulatory bodies, including The Property Ombudsman and Trading Standards.. I will leave my experience for the 2nd property shortly ,
I encourage every one with ill experience to share their review for the benefit of the others , so the Reviews are genuine and not generated by their marketing Team

As a landlord dealing with Go View

As a landlord dealing with Go View for three years, my advice is to think twice before using their services. In my case , they made a serious error in serving a section 21 notice resulting in dismissal of possession claim. In the second attempt, they failed to provide clear evidence that the deposit registration prescribed information was correctly served on the tenants again resulting in the dismissal of possession claim, the court awarded cost to the tenants and am now facing a claim of £10K for Go View’s failure. They have let my two-bedroom flat in West London for an amount which is at least £450 per month less than its current fair market value and even then I can’t take possession of my flat for their errors, omissions and mistakes. On top of this they have allegedly served an incorrect rent increase notice meaning the tenants are still paying the same rent that they moved in over three years ago. I am now fighting on two legal fronts, one to evict the tenants and second to pursue Go View for damages caused. Go View claims to be providing me with a Gold Management Service!

GoView Property Management: Lacking in Empathy and Customer Service

In my experience, GoView's property management team, especially Joanna Koperska, lacks empathy towards tenants. They seem more interested in making a commission than in helping tenants. I felt like I was just a commission pot to them, and they didn't really care about my needs. I believe this is because Joanna sets a poor example for the rest of the team. As the head of property management, she should be setting the standard for empathy and customer service, but she is not doing that. Instead, she is creating a culture where tenants are seen as a nuisance and their needs are not a priority. It's like the proverb says, "a fish rots from the head down."

They have online portal where you can see the agreement I was not able to access it. When I asked Katie Moore and Ricky French about the online portal where I could see my rental agreement, but they both said they had never heard of it. (Screenshot attached of the portal)

I believe that letting agencies should be completely eliminated. They are not problem solvers or consultants. Even a sales consultant is a problem solver, and that's how they make sales. However, letting agencies like GoView claim to be sales consultants, but they are not.

When I rent a property, I start by viewing the flat. If I like it, I finalize the agreement and complete the paperwork. Once I moved in, if there are any problems, GoView says to speak to the landlord. This suggests that their only responsibility is paperwork, not property management.

Property Management is much more than just paperwork.

I believe that the entire rental system should be automated so that tenants and landlords can deal with each other directly, without the middleman of a real estate agent. This would significantly reduce rental costs, as there would be no commission fees.
