I have had a terrible experience with this

I have had a terrible experience with them and Shengan operations, after paying over 350 euro for an expedited service all I received was a google form to fill out, then after I had issues booking an appointment online which is wild I had to do myself considering the price I paid and what other agency’s do for you for a quarter of that, I also wasn’t replied to for days over email, I managed to book and secure a whole other appointment through a whole other agency in the time they took to respond to one of my emails. Absolute nightmare.

Go Visa Europe is a scam company

Go Visa Europe is a scam company. They follow-up repeatedly to get you to do business with them but do not adhere to the 5 business days, and have no real way to contact them. Only an email and an online form which they do not respond to. You cannot find their telephone number online and they will charge you more than 300 pounds and not actually do anything. They do not actually get you an appointment or do any visa processing. I needed an urgent business visa and the follow-up emails from 'Ana' confirmed they would help me. Do not fall for this! I will be sharing this feedback widely. Absolute scam!

Bad service

Honestly, you are the worst company I have ever dealt with. You do not communicate with your clients, you do not respond to emails, and you do not provide contact numbers.
It took you 8 days to respond to my email, and after I informed you that I no longer required your services and requested a refund, you then claimed that I would not receive my money because you were “busy processing” my application.
You are dishonest, and it feels like you scam people while doing nothing. You need to STOP!!

mostly copy and paste replies ,, holiday lost

stated online they could sort my Greek visa application out within 24 hours ,, i did not expect this but thought as i had almost four weeks it should be ok ,, so paid them the £385 ,, and then were taking on average 2-3 days at a time to reply to my messages mostly with copy and paste replies which did not relate to my questions ,, one reply said things were in hand so i explained due to time going by i just now had two weeks left ,, in the end i did get a person who had read my message replying but way to late to enable me to get the visa ,, no phone number to call ,, replies mostly copy and paste ,, no understanding of my needs or they would not have accepted the task ,, three weeks before flight it was obvious they were never going to be able to help so i explained and requested a refund and they said its been worked on which it was not being ,, £2700 holiday down the drain ,, Oh well you live and learn

Do not use - terrible experience

If you have booked a holiday and need a visa, don't expect to get there! Probably one of the worst companies I've ever delt with.
Days without replies to each email
Advertised 'get visa in 24 hours' , took 3 days to get an initial response
Rude customer service and just copy and paste replies (no reply made sense)
They also don't refund if they don't get the visa. They also take on visa applications that will not go through just for the money!!

Do not use at all costs

I paid extra for express service and…

I paid extra for express service and still haven't received any update, it's been almost 3 weeks with zero communication. I had to reschedule my work trip. Terrible experience and struggling to get an answer or refund.
