Terrible experience. I feel completely ripped off.
The website is designed in a way that made me think I was dealing with a government agency, when in reality it’s just a third-party company charging outrageous fees for information and services you can get directly from the government.
I paid $297 for passport assistance and $97 for TSA PreCheck assistance. The moment I realized this wasn’t an official government site, I stopped the application before I had even completed half of it and immediately requested a refund.
Instead of doing the right thing, they kept $158 of my money for virtually nothing. Charging people that much for an incomplete application is, in my opinion, unreasonable and feels like taking advantage of customers who are trying to get important travel documents.
I would never use this company again and strongly encourage others to go directly through the official government websites instead of wasting money here. Read the fine print before giving them a single dollar.
