Govswift is a SCAM

Govswift is a SCAM! I believed when I sent Govswift $192, I was applying for a passport. What I received for my money was a .PDF file with a passport application filled in and an Address label for where to apply with the post office. I would still need to send $130 dollars in with the application. It is a TRUE rip-off.

Called this company's customer service…

Called this company's customer service and spoke to Jeffrey. Actually, I have tried numerous times to get in touch with anybody in the customer service but to no avail, they're always busy, and never received a call back. But today, just my luck, I've spoken to Jeffrey when I called again and provided me with answers to my questions. He was very pleasant to talk to and actually served my needs. HORRIBLE COMPANY!

HORRIBLE COMPANY!! They do not state that the fee you pay is used to renew a passport. It’s a scam fee THEY keep and then when you print out the form, you have to pay th ACTUAL fee on top of the scam fee for the renewal. I immediately demanded a refund and received an email from “Rachael A” stating I would get the refund then another email from “Ulysses G” stating they already processed my application which is BS. They do not answer their phone nor call back. They say to reply to their email but the reply email is bogus. TOTAL SCAM!

The Help Desk is great

The Help Desk is great! Made my problem go away.
The system, however, is the reason I didnt give you a 5. It simply would not allow me to complete my Global Entry activation. Why? Who knows?

Very helpful staff
