Due to a medical problem

Due to a medical problem, I had to reschedule the interview. For what ever reason I was unable to complete this transaction. I emailed TTP with all the confirmation numbers. Taylor from TTP called and walked me through the process.
See was outstanding. and extremely helpful.

Great assistance

My first reaction was…rating is -1! I made an error and needed to create a link between my email and application. I followed the instructions but the moment I hit submit …the system froze! I reached out to the help link and they carried me through the process successfully. Their quick, efficient assistance deserves a five star rating.

I was having difficulty to connect the global pass application to the login.gov website.

I was having difficulty to connect the login.gov to my application through two different attempts. Taylor through texts and emails made the connection happen and I am now conditionally approved for an interview.

Login Issues

I had been having trouble logging into the web site for a period of time and could not track the progress of my application for renewal. It was very frustrating. This morning Peters called me at a pre-arranged time and walked me through the login process. He was extremely professional and patient. Thank you so much for your assistance!

This was such a great service

This was such a great service. I actually made a mistake and did not mail out the passport within 28 days and they reissued me a new postage within 24 hours of my e-mail. I was very surprised and appreciative at how they remedied the problem even though it was my error. Great service!

How to complete global entry application assistance.

I was experiencing difficulty with the website. I sent a message through the chat and I got an immediate answer on my email which was very helpful. When I had another issue, I emailed Taylor and she emailed me back that she would call me and help me. She called me and answered all of my questions. It made the process so much easier and clearer.

I ran into questions about renewal with…

I ran into questions about renewal with an upcoming trip. I emailed and got an answer to my questions along with an explanation and solution within just a few hours. This was totally unexpected! With large agencies like this, I assumed it would be weeks to hear back. I was very grateful for the quick response. Lainie B was so helpful.

Needed & got help

Help & followup was very prompt and helpful but the on line steps to apply and then access the dashboard was confusing to me. I am a senior with decent computer skills and I hope to complete this soon, probably with more help from “Taylor”.

Great Assistance

I am a senior with limited knowledge on the use of computers and my wife does not use a computer. For us, getting through all the necessary steps seemed very complicated. After completing the initial questions, you assisted us in completeing the forms. Finally as of today our NEXUS cards are activated.
