My wife and I just completed a wonderful trip in Switzerland.We completed the entire trip by train. Goway did a fantastic job with laying out the train schedules,luggage transfers and having us stay at first class hotels. It couldn't have been better. We had an excellent travel specialist that was able to answer all of our questions with remarkable patience. Congratulations and thank you.

Brooke did an outstanding job in coordinating our 3 week journey thru Switzerland, Ireland and Iceland. Every aspect of our journey was perfect with no worries. Trains in Switzerland were super easy. Rabbies in Ireland was superb and our Iceland emergency contact, reached out to us to advise us of potential hazardous travel.

Our Circle Newfoundland and Labrador small group tour was fabulous. Everything went so smoothly- no glitches whatsoever. Ruth Leonty was the Goway agent who dealt with us . She was great organizing transfers and extra nights both in Halifax and St. John's.
Some of the days were long, but we saw so much and learned so much that we have no complaints. Every day was a new adventure. We loved the boat tours- saw whales, iceberg remnants and our favourite- the puffins. L'Anse aux Meadows and Gros Morne National Park were amazing and so interesting. Just driving across the province was a thrill as there would be a beautiful vista around nearly every corner. What a beautiful country we live in!
Also had a wonderful driver and a very knowledgeable guide. We highly recommend Goway and this particular tour.

We booked a fully custom trip for 2 in Peru. Our travel advisor was Amanda De Oliveira and she was exceptional. After weeks of back and forth and slight tweaks we had our perfect itinerary planned. Condor Travel in Peru, which was the onsite tour company was also exceptional. Every tour guide was absolutely amazing and this being the first time I did private tours I will never go back. We had some issues with the protests on the trains to get to Machu Picchu, but the GoWay and Condor teams were amazing in working to get us there the best they could. I would 100% recommend GoWay for a trip like this with lots of logistics, custom tours, and movements throughout a country.

Group of 8 travelling to Germany for 14 days, with multiple changes to our itinerary as we settled on what we wanted to do and see. Which resulted in 6 of the 8 deciding to split off after 8 days and travel to 2 different countries as well

Michael handled all our requests for hotel changes ( due to personal preferences) transfers, changes of cities to visit etc, quickly, and provided multiple options.
We booked hotels, private transfers to and from airports, and train travel.
Hotels were all in great locations for restaurants , bars, and access to transit in the cities, transfer drivers were always early, all train travel worked well.

I am a travel agent with more than 34 years of experience. I must admit I have never booked Patagonia. I was lucky enough to deal with Osvaldo Gonzalez. Ozzie was exceptional with his knowledge of Patagonia. It was a complicated itinerary since many of the lodges were sold out. He kept in contact with me and my client (who happened to be on a trip to Switzerland when booking this trip). He communicated with us both (even with the time change) and put an amazing itinerary together. He was in constant contact with his agents in Chile and it was incredibly challenging since it was a holiday. He consistently worked on this until the client was satisfied and once the itinerary came together client deposited the trip immediately. I hope I get to work with him again.

I connected with Goway Travel (my first time) to plan my recent visit to Peru for 10 days. Amanda DeOliveira, was my destination specialist and I can only call her "Amazing Amanda". Since my first call with her, she provided me regular guidance in planning the itinerary and choosing the activities. I realized her planning and understanding of my needs when I went on this adventure and thoroughly enjoyed it. The entire trip was well structured and I never felt rushed to enjoy every day during this trip. I had a couple of specific requirements and they were catered to. I will be remiss if I do not mention the local support at Condor Travel in Peru. Goway Travel made my experience extraordinary and I will connect with them for my future tours. They are a definite recommend for travellers who like to explore the world without any worry.

Osvaldo Gonzales was exceptional. I am a travel agent and needed a last minute trip for clients to Peru. He went above and beyond. Stayed late and put an amazing itinerary together that needed no changes from clients. He listened and put together exactly what they wanted. The trip went amazingly smoothly. All flights, accommodations, transfers, and excursions were on time and as described. No surprises. First class all the way. We worked with Jessica Scott for almost six months planning this trip. She never failed to advise and work out all the details.
In one of those instances where I thought I had a problem, but really didn't. I called the Goway 24-hour hot line. Got an instant response and they solved my non-issue, LOL

Service is always great. Specialist really know the areas of travel and suggest the best things to do. Accommodations are in great locations and I like that they use local hotels not just big chains.

I was extremely pleased with my Travel Agent Jamil, who did such an excellent job at ensuring my travels and connections met my requests and standards. He handled with details and precision my trip itinerary.

This was the most memorable trip we’ve ever had. Our tour guides @ Rio and Salvador were extremely professional, always punctual and willing to cater to our unique tastes. We didn’t have to break a bank to enjoy being treated like royalty. Goway Travel is putting together our next trip to Portugal in December.

We have used Goway for several trips now. Our most recent trip was a trip to Africa with a safari focus. We know we can trust them will all the details. Once we described what kind of experience we wanted, they helped to ensure it was the best possible.
Our agent Alice is always there for any questions pre-departure and during our travel time. All transfers were in place from getting from point A to B.
All of the tour guides were very professional and very knowledgeable. We know we are in good hands with Goway and highly recommend.
