recently ordered a product from GPerformance through my company, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. Even though the payment went through and the money was taken from my account, they cancelled the order without even attempting to resolve the issue. They claimed it was due to a “fraud risk” simply because my real estate business address is a mailbox and there’s no one physically present to receive deliveries. To avoid this, I even provided an alternative delivery address—but instead of contacting me to verify or clarify, they just cancelled everything. Very poor customer service and lack of professionalism in handling the situation. I won’t be ordering from them again.
I had a highly disappointing experience with Gperformance. From the very beginning, their attitude was anything but kind or helpful. It was clear that customer service is not a priority for them. I found their communication to be unprofessional and dismissive, with no real effort to assist or resolve.

Dear Emko (or Rafael or who you are) - we always check the fraud warnings in our system - if fraud warning is high, we have to refund the payment. The fraud warnings are not our invention, they are there to protect us from fraud. We refunded your payment and recommended to buy elsewhere.
Also regarding VAT exempt payment, if there is a chance, that the VAT exempt purchase is not made by a person, which is authorised by the company, or we are not sure it is, we will refund the payment. It is our responsibility - please accept this - we are not obliged to do what you, a stranger on the other side of computer wants. If you are not ok with this, you can simply buy elsewhere.
