A quick and easy on line transaction which was delivered quickly and free. The product was well packed and just as described in the advert. I was so I’m pressed by the service i ordered additional products the following day. Highly recommended.

I was impressed with the price of the item I was after and the fact that they advertised free next day (24hr) delivery was great. I ordered on a Tuesday knowing I would be at home on the Wednesday to accept delivery. When Weds passed by with no goods I called to say that I would be at work for the rest of the week so can they reroute the delivery to that address. I was told that delivery would now be on Saturday (so now a 96hr delivery) and it could not be sent to another address. I was also told that they had been experiencing problems with deliveries for a while. I pointed out that as they were aware of delays they should have some form of disclaimer on their site mentioning this to which the person I spoke to replied that they were online retailer of the year for 2020. I stated that if they offer this sort of service in future they should not harbour any hope of retaining this title. I then mentioned that I will be giving a poor but honest review of the service offered on Trustpilot and was told that if I intended to do this then they would cancel my order. I expressed concern that this was in fact a form of blackmail and made a mockery of online reviewing process as it would impact on these sites ability to help other customers choose who to use. It makes me wonder that if they are actually online retailer of the year did they get this by only dealing with people who were prepared to give a glowing report no matter what the service offered? I do not know the answer to this but it will make me think twice when using online reviewing sites to ascertain who to buy from in future.

THEY HAVE NOW CANCELLED MY ORDER AND REFUNDED ME BECAUSE OF THIS REVIEW!!!!!

I was looking for a sports watch and come across GPS outlet more so because of the best affordable price! I was unsure what watch would suit me the best for my needs, but thanks to Daniel from the customer service department he was able to guide me in the right direction- and I am extremely happy with my purchase!

I also upgraded to the extra warranty. So if you are debating whether to or not - I would.
