The support from GPS training and the wealth of experience of the team is the best out there. It's a personalised service that's the opposite of big corporations - I found the videos and email/phone information really valuable in becoming confident with my new device.

Very swift service.
I had a problem (my fault I wiped the SD card) and Jon was easy to talk to on the phone and when I sent the card back it was repaired extremely quickly.

A simple online purchase of a further 12 months of Online support. All very simple and straightforward as was the purchase of my GPS a year ago.

The Montana 710 was bought as a Christmas present so I have only had it a day. It has been set up. map loaded and ready to go. Looking forward to using it in the coming days.

I bought a battery pack and a waterproof phone case to power and hold my Satmap GPS unit which had a failing battery. The battery for the unit is no longer available since Satmap have gone out of business. The purchases are brilliant and work really well. The case is waterproof and the touch screen still operates through the case. My failing GPS unit has been given a new lease of life

Bought a handheld garmin gps, with access to the gold training included. Really helpful videos covering all aspects of use. Very clear and will help me make the most of the device. I would have struggled to work it out as clearly with garmin manual and probably would have spent a lot of time doing so.

Bought a new GPS unit from here, mainly as their helpful reviews online were so helpful in helping to decide on the right GPS unit, so it seemed right to let them have the sale. Additionally got a years access to an online training package which was really worth it, and whilst I haven't had to use it, they are happy to answer questions. Wish more companies were like this!
