Wow that was fast from receiving…
Wow that was fast from receiving mobile, assessing & payout!! Recommended 1000%
Very quick and stress less
Very quick, paid exactly what was offered the day after Gr8 Mobile received it.
Nice job 👍🏻.
Updated
I would do zero stars if I could!, sent my phone which I was originally offered £126 for once there they changed the offer to £17.50 which is appalling. I declined this offer and since they have paid me that money and taken my phone I have left multiple emails which none have been responded to. Absolutely appalled by this company and very unhappy. Update this is the way it started however I eventually recived my phone back and gave them there offer back. I have also recently been reached out to by their customer care manager which I was pleasantly surprised with!
Great service
Great service. Quick and easy to use. Money paid very quickly and it was the amount promised.
Such a good company
Needed to get rid of my iPhone 13 due to upgrading but it was slightly damaged. GR8mobiles took it and paid exactly what I was quoted after receiving the device. Turn around was so quick. Sent the phone on a Saturday and had the money in my account by Tuesday the following week. Would definitely recommend this site and I’ll be back when selling another phone.
Wish I read trust pilot reviews before sending my phone to them.
Probably the worst company I’ve dealt with. The broke my phone camera and refused to fix it, they then said if I wanted my phone back I need to pay them £9 to post it. The way they spoke seemed like either you pay £9 or we keep your phone. Once I finally got my phone back they thought it was a great idea to add a sticker to a broken mobile so when I peeled the sticker off the back of the glass came with it. Wish I read trust pilot reviews before sending my phone to them.
The process was simple and I was kept…
The process was simple and I was kept up to date, I had problems signing out and they helped me through that, I got the full amount as advertised.
Excellent service
I applied online for the envelope and within 5 days the money was in my bank, zero hassle. Highly recommended
Don’t do it!!
Don’t do it!!! Wish I saw the other reviews!!! My phone was broken and ticked that, they decided to offer me £6 for it which is an insult!! Raised it to £15 but still under half of the original offer then wanted 8.95 to post it back to me. RUN FOR THE HILLS ABSOLUTE CON ARTISTS.
SCAM - fake reviews, awful customer service, stole my money
Do not believe the tons of 5 star reviews on here. I saw them and that's what made me use this company and I sincerely wish I had read the bad ones. This company is an absolute scam. They quoted me £180 for my phone, i sent it to them and they emailed me whilst I was on holiday to say they are offering me £19 for it (!!!). I didn't see the email until a week later as I was on holiday and they transferred me the £19 without me accepting it because apparently if you dont respond within 3 days, they automatically take that to mean you're 'accepting' the offer. Absolutely shocking, I now don't have the option to get the phone sent back to me and I'm left with £19. It's shocking that they just proceed when I never responded, when this isn't made clear at the start. If I had known I had to respond within 3 days I obviously would have made sure to check my emails. They argue by saying in their terms and condition's its written but WHO reads the pages and pages of T&C's on a website?! It's unacceptable that they expect this and if it wasn't dodgy, why wouldn't they just say so upfront? Also their customer service is AWFUL, they do not answer their phones and take 1 week to reply to each email. AVOID
Fast process and pay out!
I wish I had read the negative reviews…
I wish I had read the negative reviews beforehand...
Forget about the 5 star ones: I just noticed every time somebody posts a negative review the site is flooded with positive ones (strange coincidence?!?) to push the honest appraisals down the order.
It's been the worst experience in years of selling my mobile to recycling companies
A scam company
As many recent reviews point out don’t use this service, my phone has thankfully been returned but they are scammers. My offer was £123 but after inspection this dropped £108 to a measly £15 for an iPhone 11 Pro with a cracked screen. I refused this immediately and asked for my phone back they then upped it to £26! I refused this and made them aware of how poorly I thought they were conducting themselves as a company. Any phone contact is near impossible to get through as I tried numerous times. If I need to sell an old phone again I wouldn’t use or recommend this company steer clear
Update gr8 mobile are trying to remove negative reviews if you don’t add the reference from your order. I’d be amazed if any of the positive ones have these numbers because I’m sure there fabricated
