I only gave 1 because I couldn't give a 0. Similar experience to many other customers. Ordered the shoes months ago. Despite contacting them repeatedly and offers of a refund if I sent my bank details, no further responses to my emails and no refund. I just want the money back.
Terrible experience - I ordered a pair of sneakers in Mai 2024 that I have never received. After sending numerous email the company offered to reimburse me in July. I sent my banking info right away and am still waiting for anything to happen. The only change is them never responding to anything no more. 6 months that I have placed my order. They are just thieves, be very aware before ordering from them.
I have ordered a pair of salomons on 25 of march, it’s already may and they still haven’t shipped my shoes. Emailed them several times, called and texted on whatsapp and didn’t get any answer) would definitely not recommend

I made an order on their website, it has been already 22 days and my order has not been shipped yet, i tried to contact them several times, at first they told me that processing times are 8-10 working days, after that period passed when i asked them again where was my order they replied that they did not have the product that i bought in stock and had to outsource from somewhere else, i waited again 10 days and wrote them but they do not respond to my emails and chat messages anymore. I asked for the refund if my product would not be shipped but they do not answer me anymore. Only thing i can think of is that their website is Fraud if not please contact me and refund me the amount that i paid !
Update ! After writing them again in their chat finally i got reply and they refunded me the total amount.
