Horrible experience

If you can, you should try your best to avoid any services provided by Grab. In the past month, I used its ride hailing service and its food service ( there is no Uber in some countries). Here were three bad incidents:
1, Grab driver could not find me and cancelled the service, but I was charged for it; 2, I have never been in Cambodia in my whole life, but some one there ordered a pizza using my Grab credential. I do not understand how this happened and I have to call my bank to cancel my linked credit card; 3, I reported the problem to its Help Centre. The person told me that they noticed my current location was in Cambodia. That meant I was a liar. I could not give a zero to this company. DO NOT USE IT!!!

F this company, doesn't solve the deliver problem with Live Agent, using the stupid AI to loop our frustrations! Hope some other alternative take over this Grab nonsense! You could do this right now Grab but won't be long, cause sometime you'll fall too cause of your ignorant!

Just pick up your own order, don't rely on drivers, might as well get rid of drivers.

I've had enough of GrabFood's poor service. If I could rate zero stars, I would. I've been ordering food for my family multiple times, and every single time, it's a disaster. Drivers either take forever to pick up the order, get lost, or simply don’t seem trained to handle deliveries efficiently. Each order has taken more than 45 minutes—completely unacceptable, especially when you have hungry kids waiting.

This isn’t a one-time issue; it’s been happening consistently. Grab really needs to improve their delivery system, train their drivers properly, and respect customers’ time. Until then, I’ll be looking for other food delivery options.

Gone completely down hill - don't use!

The app used to be good, but recently it has significantly gone downhill. I left an item in a car, so messaged them at 6:00 am and they sent a reply at 06:15 saying they have tried really hard but haven't been able to find it - smells like BS. Just now I ordered food, but the app glitched and ordered food to a far away location, it would not let me cancel the order or change location. I ended up talking with the dover, but the app doesn't allow you to share location on chat. Customer service were not interested in helping and ended up sending the driver with a cold pizza two hours after the delivery time. I was in bed! I have now uninstalled and will not use again. Don't believe the positive review they buy, check the latest and you'll see how awful it is! Use foodpanda, Passapp, or any other app

Hands down the worst company i have…

Hands down the worst company i have used. These clowns advertise all over the web, this Grab for Cyclists. and how easy it is to use. I have checked the app fully. there is NO option!! i go to use the grab chat feature with AI..what a joke that was. even AI couldnt understand the feature. and no option to call them. How these guys are in business is beyond me. But i guess thats what happens when you have a $120k COE to purchase.

Grab now also puts ads on the acceptance page.
A HUGE RED AD FOR SINGTEL ABOVE THE 'DRIVER IS ON THE WAY' NOTIFICATION.
I cannot post an image here, but all you have to do is log in to see this greedy approach.
Not only do we have to pay extra for the drive due to the expensive rates Grab has and the driver pays off of the trip, now also they grab on the other side and want ad income from everywhere.
No wonder they use GRAB as their name.

I will be looking at other hail riding options. Thanks.. Oh.. and also not use Singtel because of this.

lilies over delivery status

I ordered a shopping list from a nearby mart over two hours later no delivery but a message can't find a drive. This is totally rubbish because my friend whilst sitting next to me ordered from the same shop after me to a location only 2 ,00 m from my location and his arrived 20mins later. This is not acceptable why you not put the first ordered first. And still to say no driver abaliable tbh this is disgusting and totally unprofessional. Leaving people waiting for 2 hours but prioritizing new orders first. How can this be. The company is GRAB. SHOULD BE CALLED stalled not grab. Or SNAIL DEMIVERY

why not use their Grab App reference for the driver/car

You write to complain about their driver (on their phone/dropped me off after 100 yards as I complained about him typing on his mobile whilst driving/filthy cars/drivers not answering calls or messages.
They respond giving I guess some internal reference number not the car driver reference on their App??? So, when you have several current complaints you don’t know which complaint they are referring to – so so weird!!

What went wrong🤣🤣just about everything! No idea how this company exists with zero customer service. Had a problem which was the fault of grab and all I could do was chat with an AI bot. So lost my money. You scammers should be in jail.

Bloody nonsensical company charging me for a ride.

So i booked a van ride to the airport this particular day, the driver check in with me like while he was on the way just to tell me I should have book another ride and ask me cancel and rebook. Silly me went on the cancel and voila i was being charged for the cancellation. Bloody driver Gt paid for doing nothing and for asking me to cancel the ride.

Grab in Phuket, Thailand BEWARE

Grab in Phuket, Thailand: My husband and I booked a ride from our hotel to the airport and once we got into the car, while trying to put our seat belts on, the driver told us that he can drive us to the airport for a little less than what Grab charged us (at this point, we'd already received an alert from the bank that our credit card had been charged by Grab for the agreed upon amount). The driver continued saying he doesn't get paid by Grab for awhile and he needed the money. We told him our credit card had already been charged and we'll leave it at that. He insisted that he can easily cancel the ride with Grab and we can pay him less. He went on to press a button on his system display cancelling this Grab ride, after which, he set the vehicle in motion. We'd reached the airport and hadn't received Grab confirmation of the cancellation nor our refund. When we got out of the vehicle, my husband showed the driver, AGAIN, his phone pointing to the charge posted by Grab. The driver said that the ride with Grab was cancelled and that we had to pay him. My husband at that point, was not going to argue with the driver at the airport so we paid him, therefore, we ended up paying twice for our ride---we just got SCAMMED! We took a picture of his license plate and as soon as possible contacted Grab. We did not let this issue go and pursued this matter with Grab. After many back and forth discussions, our issue was resolved.

DO NOT FALL for this scam and watch out for dishonest drivers!!!

Grab mainly Thailand and

Grab is mostly popular in Thailand,
I don't know if those Thais can drive or they are totally irresponsible!

I mean its your job to ride a bike and when a tourist books a fair they don't freak out when the driver or the license plate doesn't match the booking or the driver doest have helmet for you, then doesn't cancel your order when you refuse them, they block you from ordering new ride unless you cancel it your self. It should be an automatic ban from the app!

Grab toke monopoly over Uber years ago, which was a much better and professional app!

Its time they make some changes!

The most useless app ever

The most useless app ever. LITERALLY. The restaurant called to say item is out of stock and asked for me to cancel, but there is no freaking cancel button also redirect me to chatbot that doesnt fix anything, keeps asking me to explain my problem which i did MANY TIMES and it still doesnt understand.

The other time, i topped up RM463 and it came into my grab pay 2 F WEEKS LATER!!

My Honest review, DONT BOTHER USING THEM.
