It will be necessary to create a method to resolve the insecurity of purchases that are sent by mail to the final buyer. What happens is that travelers, in order to accept their order, impose delivery conditions, which in this case will be sending by mail and not by hand. The traveler brings the order and asks the final buyer to release his payment for him and then post the order to the Post Office. There is a risk of not receiving the order, receiving it with damage, etc... The final recipient needs to blindly trust the traveler and bear new transportation expenses and the entire burden if something goes wrong. In my last three orders this happened

They don't answer to you about overdue…

They don't answer to you about overdue payouts and no customer service number or chat to contact to. This is not even first-time experience with them. I have been submitting claims more than 10x. This is a ridiculous scammer. Am I getting my money some day? Already overdue by 7days without any notice.

They refuse to pay

I made a delivery on July 11th and they failed to pay me after the 15 business days were up. I tried to reach them through email but they wont answer. It feels like such a scam that they're trying to keep my money, so unproffesional and unpolite.

I am having such a hard time to get paid , this is not fair , they said on the website that the money is paid after 15 days , this isn’t true. It’s no customer service phone number that you can call !!

I've made multiple deliveries for…

I've made multiple deliveries for Grabr, and they have failed to pay the travelers for more than a month. I am owed more than $14,500 considering we paid in advance for the products. Despite sending numerous emails, there has been no response to address this ongoing issue. This is a scam and needs to be rectified immediately.

Trustable

Trustable. Have a platform like Grabr makes me feel confident to buy things abroad. A traveler took very rare spices that I needed in my kitchen. I will use Grabr again!
