⚠️ PLEASE BE CAREFUL BEFORE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY!

First of all, despite what their website may suggest, my experience was that this company is not based in Manchester. My order took more than 3 weeks to arrive, and when I contacted them, I was told the warehouse was in China.

Unfortunately, the dresses I received were very poor quality and looked nothing like the catalogue photos. For the quality, I found them extremely overpriced.

Then came the nightmare of trying to get a refund.

I contacted customer service and was asked to provide video evidence explaining why I wasn't satisfied. Instead of simply processing my refund, I was offered the option of keeping the dresses and buying again for the same price. Then I was offered 10% off my next order, followed by 20% off, and was even told I could give the dresses to charity because returning them would apparently cost too much.

After a week of emailing without receiving my refund, I contacted my bank and explained the situation as a dispute because I felt I had not been treated fairly as a customer.

Only after contacting my bank did I finally receive my refund.

My personal experience: extremely disappointing.

Poor-quality products, misleading-looking catalogue photos, a very difficult refund process and customer service that made the whole experience unnecessarily stressful.

I personally would not order from this company again.

⚠️ Please do your own research before ordering and don't assume that a Manchester-looking address or branding means your order is actually being fulfilled from the UK.

Sharing my experience so other people can make an informed decision before spending their money.

Total rip off. My wife has had the same experience. Bought a dress, doesn't fit and they have not replied to any of her 3 emails sent so far.

Avoid of go to bank to get chargeback

Please do not buy from this company. It states it’s in Manchester but it’s not. The dress I ordered came from China and didn’t fit and was cheaply made. I contacted them to say this and like a previous customer I was offered 10% then 20% then finally told I could send it back but the item had to go to China and I would need to pay £20 + to send it back. I refused and told them I would start a chargeback via my bank account which I have done and received the amount in full.
Please do not purchase from this company. I have notified Google that they are falsely advertising that they are a family run shop in Manchester so I hope the link is taken down. Don’t get conned.

I ordered a dress and it was delivered within 2 weeks after chasing my order confirmation. The item was cheap and tacy and not worth the £35.00 I paid.
Customer services is really slow and they offered me first 10% to keep the item and then 20% but it’s not worth even £5.00
And I have no use for it so am returning.

Do not use this company, it’s a rip off.

I have now paid £20 to return the item to China and am not hopeful of receiving any or part of a refund.

Very disappointing but typical of on-line companies that just take your
Money.
